Venue was great. I was close to the front. But even at the back it would not be very far. Sound was good. The seating a little tight for a big guy like me but reasonable.

Great Casino. Loads of different games to play. Entertainment Centre is my go to for concerts. Love the atmosphere that's created with a venue that does not house 40 000 ppl.

Nice casino and hotel. Went to see collective soul perform. The room was beautiful, clean and large.But.It took 30 minutes to check in. At least 30 to 45 minute wait for the buffet restaurant, worse at the one next to it. 3 other restaurants were closed and forget the steak house unless you have a reservation. The lobby bar is supposed to serve pub food, but had only beer nuts. I realize that on an event night there are more people than usual, but they cannot accommodate the rush at all. My advice is to eat in town before coming for an event.

This place is an amazing venue. I have seen about six concerts at this venue and there isn't a bad seat in the house!The staff at the events center are always very friendly.

Fabulous show with Burton Cummings and his full band. Burton is such a great entertainer and his band was so tight and in the groove!Firestarter lounge was a great place to unwind after the show. Service was quick and staff were very friendly.

First time staying in a hotel three years great experience.Management has many challenges over the next two years to get back to normal.If anybody thinks this industry is going to recover quickly, don’t bet on it .But the old staff faces was nice to see and new ones trying their best I’m betting on you guys to do well .Lunchtime Buffay, the pork with apples, five star quality if you go, you must try .Thank you to management and staff keep up the good work.Steak and eggs main lobby, Restaurant never disappoints including staff.

If you havent been to the Couchiching Court Buffet, you really need to try it. Amazing selection of food and the service is even better. Chef service is great, makes sure you get the exact cut you want, table service is perfect. Shannon greeted us all smiles and made sure we were comfortable and turned us over to Shelly who made sure our glasses were never empty and no empty plates were in our way. A table of 10 and no one was left unattended. Friends who were there for the first time are already planning on coming back.

Great casino, buffet, and entertainment venue.One of the few I like to watch shows and spend time. Never met a rude or unhelpful staffer, and the place is always clean and looking like it's new
