I hate seeing 5 star reviews that highlight all the 'things you like about the business'.But I'd be lying if I gave Matthew any less.Matthew adds quality to the home buying experience--his expertise lets him catch hidden benefits (and costs) to the homes he shows, his preparedness means you can simply show up and trust that he'll be able to provide you with print-outs & itineraries that maximize the efficiency of your home buying experience.He goes above and beyond, bringing you on the team and not only pointing out aspects of the home, but explaining why they matter (and occasionally tidbits about where they came from). In house hunting with Matthew, I've learned not just about the houses I've looked at, but fundamentals of houses to help me in the future.Matthew has been able to put together showings on little notice, put together 5 showings in a single morning, and do it all with a smile, a solid understanding of my position as a buyer, and capacity to field questions from myself & anyone I've taken with me to look through.Plus, he's a good guy--genial, friendly, and community-driven.
