Nao Sushi
I used to come visit this restaurant when I lived near to it. The food portions were use to be bigger than now, the food are great and are affordable! I love to have the salmon kama (salmon cheek) so much, they made it so delicious that I would order it every time I visit. But they don't have much seats than before, so you might have to wait for a while before you can be settle down. Their services are nice, and the place is quite tidy and neat! Definitely will go there again!

I have been to this establishment since it was Sushi house so I’ve been a frequent customer for many years. Recently I noticed the quality wasn’t what it use to be and the menu has changed.Tonight we decided to dine in and when the rounds of sushi came I saw a huge difference in the rolls. Not only were they sloppy, the dynamite roll end piece has no fillings and just all rice and even had hot sauce on it. All the rolls had a lot of rice on them.My husband ordered a dinner box and deep fried squid. We waited over 25 minutes and finished everything and he didn’t get his order. We asked the waitress and she kept saying it was coming and they were extremely busy with take out orders. The box came another 15 minutes later but by this time we knew this isn’t what it use to be.Sadly the service isn’t what we were use to before when the original Japanese owners were there. They would always greet us with smiles and friendly chatter. This will be our last time at Nao and will stop referring people here.

The quality of the sushi was decent, however as other reviewers said, it was quite expensive. We ordered a plate of nigiri and an appetizer of seaweed and a seafood cocktail (don’t know the name) and the bill was $160. I understand seafood is quite expensive, but I think it’s a little excessive.

This place used to be decent but you can tell that the quality's really gone down.Prices have gone up and I guess that would be fine if they kept the quality. ⅔ of my rolls were just rice and the fish was almost impossible to find let alone taste. I had to take a picture because it was so comical. I can't believe the chef looked at it and thought Yes

I think Nao Sushi used to be our favourite sushi restaurant. At least we used to do take out 2times every week. We don’t go here as many times as we visited anymore.Before they changed the ownership, it was an authentic Japanese restaurant. I remember all the cooks, servers, they were all Japaneses.Price was amazingly cheap, but the quality was the outstanding and so fresh. we truly liked the restaurant.Since they changed the ownership, sadly all I could hear is Chinese in the restaurant. No more authentic Japanese restaurant atmosphere.The quality of food incredibly became bad compare to the previous quality. Example Burnaby roll, Crunch roll were only $6, but now it’s over $10 for that bad quality, less ingredient.And if you want a seared sushi, you need to pay $0.75 extra. Are you serious? Sushi California is only $0.10 for the same service.Do you torch sushi with gold or diamond?I really don’t get it and honestly they lost all their strengths. I lost reasons to go back here.

This place used to be my favorite years ago. Been coming here for maybe 6-7 years. As of today 12/22/2023- it will be my last time. Prices have went up and quality AND portion has gone WAYYY down. I’ve added some photos. This box is 18.95. Displayed is the menu pic and the actual serving.2 pieces of chicken when menu has 3.Gosh looks robust and an actual salmon collar. Not a piece of bone

I really liked their smelt karaage. Very crispy also juicy fish inside, couldn’t stop eatting. Other appitizers and food was pretty good.

The food here is decent, nothing particularly special. Random items aren't the best quality, though I'd recommend their special rolls, as they're consistently good. There's always tables available and the service is good.

Amazing sushi place. Very busy but I understand why.The sushi was extremely well prepared and delicious. The serving are filled with sashimi unlike other restaurants where they have tons of filler. To top it all off its decently priced.

The picture looks very good , but after trying this place for the first time I will not be returning.. the tuna was tasted very old from their house roll .. didn't want to risk of getting sick so I threw it in the trash..
