Never have good experience especially girls works at nights shift never shows good attitude and gives cold food. Whoever’s go there just make sure your food is correct and hot before paying it. Otherwise you ll see them with grouchy face on second time and feel you are not being serve well.

Stopped here (2420 50 St NW Edm) on the way home with my wife and two children for a quick meal. It wasn't until after I ordered and went to sit down that I noticed how completely disgusting this location is. I pulled a chair out at the table my family was sitting at and had to wipe off the grease prints on the seat with several napkins. Then I had a look around. Only saw two staff members behind the counter, with two more outside sweeping up small amounts of trash in the parking lot. Nobody cleaning a single thing inside despite no other customers and trash and dirt everywhere. The place looked liked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. My young son went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and overflowing. We tried to tell one of the staff members, and all she did was check and let us know that the door was unlocked. We had to stress that the toilet water was and the cusp of overflowing from the toilet bowl. Not sure she still understood what we were trying to say.

Not the BEST A&W location in the city but a runner up for sure. Kids like the cheese burgers and my favorite is a Teen burger with a Root Beer, so classic you can't go wrong. Good staff here though drive through intercom sounded broken when we were there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They always do a great job here. My fiance and I ate there last Friday. It's always clean, the food is always great, and the staff are hardworking people who make going there a pleasure. Great job guys!

I don't know if its this location or a chain wide problem, but this location consistently gets our order wrong.When I brought this to the counter person's attention, I was given a blank stare, followed by a 10 minute wait while they could find someone to give the ok to correct our order. They were ignorant, rude, and tried to charge me another $13 to (for a fixed teen Burger and onion rings) fix our $51 order because there was a single bite out of the burger and 1 onion ring removed from the order. I had to get the issue elevated from a supervisor to the manager on duty. I tried to simply get a refund but was told company policy dictates no refunds.The burgers are severely over salted to the point they taste like a salt lick. Same with their onion rings.I love a good ole fashioned Teen Burger, but I'd advise not getting one from this location until you'd like your sodium levels so high your Doctor passes out at the sight of your test results.

I'm sorry to say that the staff here lack professionalism. The staff didn't treat me with the kindness and respect that I expected. Although I had a valid coupon from the internet, they wouldn't accept it, saying that without a physical copy it would come out of their paycheck.I ask if they were really going to make me drive home to get a physical coupon they replied that's not my problem"."

That’s what I got in a beyond meat burger combo disgusting and D grade food worst A&W ever. Fries were raw , cocacola with no gas , dip which was asked was sweet & sour got a different one. Garbage food. No sauces no veggies.

Clean, for the most part, the service was rather quick.Onion rings were a little on the soft/undercooked side but it was still good.Burger was picture perfectThey don't do floats so we got a shake instead, asked for the mugs and was denied- they said it's not done for that.. but it's advertised as so.Person upfront was dismissive and rude, other staff was quite nice

Walked through the drive thru to grab a couple Mama Burgers late at night. Not all restaurants allow customers to order via walking up to the window.Got what I ordered in a couple of minutes, plus the girl who rang my order through was super cute! Good service. What's not to like?

I ordered a mozzarella burger and a teen burger the patties were measlie and the bacon what bacon. They definitly did not look anything like what you see on TV and they wonder why the place is empty.i loved A and W but this has left a bad taste for me don't think I will go back waste of money.
