I would leave a 0 star rating but unfortunately I can't. This place needs new staff and DEFINITELY a new owner. Very bad service and the owner is not friendly.. something you need to be when owning a customer service based business. It's no wonder the vibe here is very rough. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

Run down interior and poor service. Seems to be more of a gathering spot for a rough bunch of locals than a cool spot to go with friends on a Friday night for a few drinks. I won’t be going back.

Had a great time. Went for a friend's birthday. They had a live karaoke band playing which was excellent, lots of talent there. Music was entertaining and the crowd seemed to love it. Staff was friendly overall it was a lot of fun. Will be back!

A tad rough in appearance, but it's one of few places with a snooker table, the live music is usually excellent, and prices are reasonable.

I am rating Q ball only as it pertains to its Friday night entertainment. Take the opportunity to be the lead singer with a live band. All lyrics provided (in large type) for the song you choose. The band will help you as needed and are most excellent at their craft, especially Steve D. on lead guitar. This place isn't fancy but on Friday nights the dance floor is packed and you can be a star!
