Ryan was quick and efficient at managing birds in our roof! He resolved our issue and patched up all of the access points.

Grateful for Terry and his expertise, he came and helped out in my time of need when a family of raccoons had infested the attic. I had no idea what to do or how to handle it but Terry assured me it would be no problem. He got rid of the raccoons and then sealed the entrance point in which they came from, he also had the area cleaned up afterwards too. Very happy with the service I received and would always recommend!!

SO grateful to receive a recommendation for Terry/Critter Control! We live downtown Toronto and raccoons are always around, but we had a family decide to shack up in our chimney; the smell of urine/feces filled our apartment every day or so. When we contacted our landlord, they sent someone who took a quick look and informed us that because there was a parent and kits, they couldn't do anything for at least 3 months. THEN I heard from a friend with a similar issue and called Terry. He came by that same day and not only did he have a clear plan/solution but also deoderized the chimney and used repellant in the area. That alone was something we weren't able to do on our own and something that wasn't even offered by the initial inspector. Terry returned today with a smile on his face to check on things and got the job done in less than 10 minutes. He has been so efficient and straightforward in getting this done, the fact that he's a genuinely nice guy is just icing on the cake. 100% would recommend.

Should you be so unfortunate as to have critters, i.e. raccoons, bash their way into your attic, you must must must call Terry of Critter Control Toronto. He is quick to respond, thorough, patient, persistent, professional, fair, and really nice. Do not overthink this or waste anymore time on Google, just call him.

When a visiting skunk took over our back yard and showed no intention of leaving, we called Terry. The same day, he not only showed up with his baited trap, but was able to wrangle the critter into it and take him away to greener pastures... all done in less than half an hour. Couldn't ask for a better service!

Awful service. Very rude. The methods used are not professional at all, and are contradictory. I can even do it myself. Expected much more thorough methods if i pay that much. Such a rip-off. Took away the door too soon when there were pests left inside. I had to buy one myself because of Terry who said he's been doing this for 30 years and knows better, but apparently was wrong, and if I hadn't checked myself, the pests would be left to die in my property and smell awful.

In the dead of winter we had what sounded a bird that was stuck in our stove exhaust pipe. I called Terry in a state of panic (I admit, I'm mildly terrified of birds) and he was at our place within 2 hours. Turns out that the birds were actually going in and out of the pipe because it wasn't properly sealed, so Terry checked the pipe at both ends for droppings, nesting or anything that required cleaning and sealed the pipe to ensure that it was no longer accessible. He was very responsive, upfront about his pricing, and very kind and compassionate when he arrived. Though I honestly hope we don't have anymore animal issues in the future, if we did we'd definitely call Terry again.
