Amazing customer service and such a great selection of clothes, gear, footwear, and accessories! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased all my snowboard gear from here and won’t go anywhere else. They have such stylish street clothes too!

They have alot of space and many choices of products. Water skis, long boards, skateboards, clothes, swimming suits. When we came in we picked up a skateboard for my wife who just started skateboarding. Thanks for the assistance.

Read This Before You Shop HereMy sister-in-law went here to shop for bindings for her very first snowboard. Not knowing much about snowboards or bindings, she asked an employee to help her find the right ones. She told the employee what kind of board she had and the employee found her a set of bindings to match it. Trusting the employee's advice, she took the bindings to the till and bought them.When she got home she realized that the bindings did not fit her board, and upon researching why, realized that they were in fact men's bindings. Unfortunate as it was, she assumed she would be able to bring them back to the store along with the receipt and return them.When she went back to the store to return the bindings the cashier told her that they did not accept returns on hard goods". My sister-in-law then asked why they didn't tell her that when she bought them

So much inventory now it's crazy..great store!

Store is ok! The guy that helped us was great. Here's my biggest issue with this Board shop" ..my son and I went to get him a new skate deck... they have 50-100 complete boards (starter package) and 6 skate deck to choose from

My husband and I went to buy snowboards, boots, and bindings. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. Will definitely go back when we need things in the future. Jared was the main guy helping us and he was amazing!

I had gone to backside because I was having troubles with my bindings staying tight on my snowboard. the nest week I went to Ferni to board in the mountains. halfway through the first day my binding ripped off my board because I was told to take the washers out of my bindings at backside. this company will never get my service again after ruining a pair of expensive bindings for me.

Please beware of being misled if you choose to shop hereI was looking for a new set of bindings to finish my first snowboard set up and chose a local shop to make the purchase while out of town. After showing the employee my new board and asking for some help they guided me into purchasing a set of $280 ($310 with taxes) medium Union Strata bindings. When I was getting my bindings put onto my board in my home town, the store informed me that I had purchased mens bindings and that they are not suitable for a women’s board or for women’s snowboard boots (larger foot pad causing too much movement when riding and higher back on the calf that is too high for women’s boots).After realizing I was misled (purchased men’s bindings instead of women’s) I decided to make the trip back to Saskatoon just to return the bindings. When I arrived I had explained the whole situation and the employee working immediately informed me that they don’t accept returns for “hard goods”, however this was not made clear at the time of the sale. The same employee told me that owner of the store would be coming into the store in 45 minutes and my sister and I waited patiently to discuss this return with the owner; 45 minutes later (the owner never showed up) the same employee came to us and offered me a return for in-store credit (previously stating they did not return hard goods), however I am not a resident of Saskatoon so this was not ideal and therefore I could not return the $310 item I was misled into purchasing.

great customer service, i love this store, i love boarding, and more than anything i love the two young boys who are so kind to me i could just eat them up

Just loaded up on Christmas stuff and the staff was so friendly and super helpful. I'm looking forward to returning for more after Christmas to set us up for a year of riding
