This location has been my go-to UPS drop off and pickup location for the past two years. Frank is always helpful, respectful and patient with me (even if I have 20 packages to drop off). Rude and unprofessional. I read the reviews and thought people were exaggerating, but no, the reviews are accurate. Walked into the store and no one was there. After a bit a man shows up. No greeting, nothing. I explain that I'm there to drop off a prepaid package. Didn't scan my item and didn't want to give me a receipt when I asked. Told me I could print it out myself online. Begrudgingly gave me one only after I insisted. Just very unpleasant overall.

First of all I would like to thank for the help provided by this UPS store. This store truly deserves a 5+ rating per me. My scenario was related to an Amazon return, which was refused by other stores (having higher star ratings) citing heavy weight, in spite of having Amazon provided prepaid shipping label. some even asked me for additional payment so that they can accept the package. Even, Amazon was not able to tell me the reason for the refusal! However, this store gladly accepted the package, and did everything possible to help me with the return! Highly recommended.

The employees at this location are so helpful! They gave me lots of great advice when shipping large and irregularly shaped items and they even gave me a large shipping box for items I was unable to pack myself.

Very professional services. Went to the store in a morning to get some address labels done, the guy working there showed his professional skills to adjust the format and logo. The finished labels looks perfect!

I just came to this location for the FIRST TIME and I had a way better experience at this location over the other one on HWY 7. The guy was not only very friendly but actually provided me a receipt. I told him the other HWY 7 location doesn't give you a receipt. He told me he is suppose to and when I told him the other guy at the other location doesn't care to he told me to make a complaint with UPS which I will be doing as the other location needs a new person running it.Thank you for being my NEW UPS store to go to.

The UPS staff is super polite and helpful. When I was pregnant and carried a lot of return packages to the store. The staff was very friendly and patient with handling all the labels for me.Btw, this location has the passport photo service.(children above 2 years old is accepted but newborn babies is required to go to the professional photo studios since they have more equipments such as chairs, the things to cover hands, or blankets to put on the ground.)This is the ONLY UPS store I will always go to. Highly recommend it!（ Please don’t go to the nearby Canada Post, that’s an awful place to go.)
