Extremely disspointed with the customer service in here was try to look for products and was taking my own time, the lady asked me if I wanted help I clearly said no and decided to take a product and leave while I was heading to counter the same lady accused me of stealing and wanted to look into my pocket. I was shocked with that I don’t know what made her say that but it was a great way to ruin someone’s day.THANKS FOR THE EXPERIENCE.

I would have given them good rating but one cashier there is always rude- Diana! I’ve had couple of experiences with her. I mean if you’re angry at someone, keep it to yourself, don’t need to project it on others.Apart from that rest of the staff is good!

Always a good experience here because the staff is helpful and courteous. I have found the best quality cosmetics here on a good deal.They have everything from women’s hygiene and skin care with bathing equipments.They also have medical drug section at the backside. They now have self checkout machines available.They also have electronic devices such as AirPods speaker and usb cables available. They have occasion based cards and kids toys tooo.There is also an atm inside for cash dispensing.

The beauty boutique Sosan was super helpful and patient, she helped me through the exchange process and I was able to get products that are more suitable for my sensitive skin.The fact they would go above and beyond to help an exchange customer speaks volumes about their customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Today, Seniors' Day advertisement promised 10,000 Optimum points when you spend $50.I spent more. The cashier, a short impatient lady, rang up my purchases. But no points appeared.The cashier said that I must spent $75 to get the 10,000 points.I showed her the advertisements in their store, they all said $50. Only then I received the promised 10,000 points. The cashier did not even apologize.But other staff in this Shoppers Drug Mart are professional and polite, especially the pharmacists.

The people at the pharmacy are extremely lazy and will not leave behind the counter to help anyone. I’ve come here multiple times and the people at the pharmacy either tell u, “if it’s not on the shelves then we do not have it” when asked where something is & if they have it in stock, as well as I’ve had to wait for long periods of time just to ask the pharmacist a question when they weren’t even doing anything.
