Be careful when buying bread at that store. The bread was frozen and they sell it as fresh backed.Probably they do the same with meat and fish. They can’t be trusted.

Longo's is my go-to grocery store and has been for many years. Love the staff there.This morning - in the pouring rain - I pulled into the parking lot. For the second time in a year, I noticed a relatively young man back his Bentley into a handicapped parking spot - without a Handicap Sign on the dashboard. I sort of loitered a bit in order to say something to the jerk, but he just sat in his black Bentley pretending to be on a call.I sure hope this ahole is not part of the management team at this otherwise great grocery store.

Was picking up a plant as a gift for a friend, had to wait for sometime before someone comes and wrap it for me. However the lady was super nice and apologized for the long wait.

This store used to be a five star. They had mature, seasoned cashiers. Recently they implemented self check out and for the staffed checkouts that are left they have dropped their seasoned staff in favour of poorly trained high school students. Having good customer service was a big reason we were willing to pay “Longos” prices. These changes have us reconsidering where we shop.

Nice place. Lots variety of everything, its very well stocked. I'd go back here except for the fact that they are so expensive.l compared to fresh co or no frills for the daily essentials.

The produce section is always better than any other grocery store I’ve been to and the meat section here is always very good especially the prepackaged beef no need to go up to the counter unless you need something specific

This review is based on the customer service that I received from Amelia.It was one of the most pleasant interactions I've ever experienced.Amelia, you were so lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a joy to speak to you today. Thank you for helping me find my Tajin spice! You literally dropped what you were doing and walked me over. That was so very kind of you.My cashier Nastasiia was also friendly.I came in a couple days ago for a pizza and also received friendly and professional service.Excellent staff at this location.Thank you.

Produce is usually good. I also like the meat and fish. However, some employees are indifferent and not at all friendly. It seems a lot of them don't like working there. Not sure that I will bother to shop there anymore as I encounter this almost every time I'm there.

I usually buy lunch food at your place, but today I was surprised by the price of a small bowl rice snd chiquen $16'.78 ..I ask the employees they told me that goes by the weight. Sorry your measures are totally out of normal range, paying for rice vs chicken vs veal is completely different, rice doenst have the same value of a beef and salad. SORRY IS THE SECOND TIME YOU GOT ME ...NEVER AGAIN BUYING LUNCH FOOD THERE. other products like sandwiches are fair but that food ready" $$$ is not for me and doesnt taste good for that price"
