What an amazingly pleasant shopping experience! Jackie was very informative and had a great sense of humour. I think she is also a closet Oiler's fan :-). Just kidding! We will definitely be back for all of our coffee needs.

Espresso machine passion and expertise with enthusiastic service - that's what you'll get with Steve and Jackie. My Rocket, purchased elsewhere, had been having problems that I put up with for too long, and the other place was not helpful. A message to NCP and Jackie responded quickly. Met Steve, who nicely chided me on the proper care and use (no instructions/tips from other place). Fixed the machine, and when brought home, had a bit of vibration, that Steve wanted back in the shop as soon as convenient to me. Invited me to watch and learn about the innards. We thankfully found the shop as our 6 year old Jura needed service. Brought it down and both Steve and Jackie were amazing. Machine fixed very quick and cannot wait for a good coffee. So happy to know we have this available in Calgary, thank you both so much

First thing is first, Steve, Jackie and Jim at the National Cappuccino in Calgary, were wonderful to work with. They are also very kind, friendly and caring people, they truly care about their customers, especially to someone like me who was there for the first time looking for a brand new espresso machine. Did I mention how remarkably knowledgeable they are? Yes, this is very true. I wasn't in the market for a new espresso machine until our first and only Saeco machine since 2011 finally retired. I really didn't know much about what's in store for me next but I did do quite a bit of research which landed me at National Cappuccino to see the La Marzocco Linea Mini vs. Micra. With the help of Steve, Jackie and Jim, we went with a White La Marzocco Linea Mini and since the day we left the store with her, we have never looked back. The Mini was the best purchase since our laser machines Cutera Excel HR & InmodePro, the Mini is amazing and makes amazing espresso, lattes etc. The steam wand is unmatched to what we had before with the Saeco, and the espresso - AMAZING!!! I cannot comment on the Edmonton location, as we are from Calgary, and only been to the Calgary location, and the space is very spacious, clean and beautifully displays of their machines. They even have an espresso station/bar/area where a candy cane commercial La Marzocco machine is set up to make FRESH espressos for you to try, along with coffee beans they carry in store. We are very thankful to Steve for taking the time to train us on our Mini - this is very appreciative and should not go unnoticed. When Steve had to walk away for minutes here and there, Jim would step in answering questions etc. and Jackie aways checking in to say, hi, - super nice!!Thank you again, National Cappuccino!!~Cuc Lee, RusticGlo

A lot of businesses could learn from the amazing customer service consistently demonstrated by Steve and his team - that’s even before the expertly brewed coffee they always offer you for coming in!!

Went to the store to try out the Dura and was wanting to purchase one but after speaking with Jackie she advised to hold out for a newer model that would have been less expensive and more what I had wanted. Really appreciated the honesty and help with the whole purchase. When the unit came in she called to check in to see if I had any issues....shipping was overnight....included some essentials for me to get things going right away! I can't say enough about the personalized service!

NCP is the place to go for all of your at-home coffee needs (except instant...ew). We were referred to NCP from Chris @ Devil's head as we'd just recently moved to the area and were still evaluating the coffee culture here in YYC. Man was I pleasantly surprised.Steve is a gem. We should count ourselves so lucky for someone who takes customer service beyond reasonable expectations. To the point; he'll advocate on your behalf with other businesses when your water readings don't add up with a purchase you made based on his recommendation. Dude really cares, and is a wealth of knowledge and jokes. :)I count myself among the luckiest coffee connoisseurs to have found Steve's NCP.

We have been contemplating taking the plunge and getting a Jura for the last year. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and are keen to help without pushing a sale. They know not only every little feature available on the Jura and are happy to teach you what they know, but they also know all the local roasters to help you pick the best beans for you. Thrilled with our machine and with the service!

I have a been a long time customer of National Cappuccino for the last 4 years for my Jura machine. Jackie and the team provide excellent service. I recently purchased a new espresso machine from National Cappuccino and I could not be happier.
