Small town Canadian Tire. Has a decent chunk of what you need at mostly reasonable prices. But like all CT's, shop the sales.

AUTO PARTS - went in for a part for my car, told me to get rid of my car what ? Poor attitude due to a problem he had with his car.....resentful.Went to Welland location amazing service helped me find the 11 dollar part & spent over $3000 on stuff I needed for the yard. I was going to spend this money at Port C location but I'm glad I left. Wonder why people go elsewhere!

Love this particular store as it has a homey feel. Everything is close at hand and not hard to find, including friendly staff. We here in Welland are lucky to have both locations.

The Canadian Tire franchise can often be a mixed bag depending on which store you go to. As for this location, there's only good things to say. Mark in the automotive department went above and beyond when we ordered tires, especially considering all the shortages and shipping delays we were encountering with many other suppliers. Thanks to him and the team we got exactly what we needed. We will be going here again in the future.-KennPeninsula Welding

Tony and his Technicians absolutely deserve 5/5 Stars and way more than I could offer. They worked their wizardry for a couple of weary, fatigued paddleboard racing athletes passing through their very friendly city after spending days competing in a race across the border.With my car surprisingly breaking down the night we arrive home at another friend's residence nearby, as soon as we arrive to your store the next morning with my stricken car on a flatbed - Tony told us their Service Centre was solidly booked a good two weeks and yet he was kind enough to offer us a slot on an emergency basis for the first 8am appointment the next morning. My friend and I reside in the Peel/Halton region and needed to get back to our families or had a work shift (Meeee!) later that evening. We sourced rides through family to take us home while my car stayed behind. I had not foreseen that my car would leave us stranded an extra 12+ hours after we arrived across the US border!Tony and his technicians sourced the part I needed to repair in order to get me back on my way in an expedited timeframe. In his calming voice, he promised my car would be repaired in time the next day (and it was!) as when I arrived early morning, it was parked in the same spot I had last seen it the day before. He also took care of our very expensive Race SUPs stacked above my roof, storing them inside their shop for further security.I can't thank them enough for their care and generosity. We did not deserve such great care and yet they went way beyond expectations to get us back on the road home. Thank you guys, I will always remember this and refer back to this store and time.Cheers!

the auto technicians went absolutely above and beyond for me today when i stupidly locked my keys in my car in the parking lot, despite them being booked absolutely solid. they went out of their way to help me even though they didnt have to! everyone was SO kind and i am so grateful for the team here!genuinely i cannot say thank you enough. my car was a massive pain to get into and they easily could have left me on my own but they put in their absolute best effort and had really great attitudes even though it was difficult. again, i really cannot thank the team enough! thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I will make an excuse about something i need, just to have a reason to stop at my local Canadian Tire which is in Port Colborne. It is a stop I look forward to and a store u could spend hours in shopping for anything a person could need for themselves or their home, besides not selling basic food products (but there is a Sobeys in the same plaza so its the next best thing) this truly is The One Stop Shop, why waste your gas driving to 20 different places? Just go to Canadian Tire in Port Colborne and you'll find exactly what you need, and if for some odd reason you can't, there's s store in the plaza that does.

Was a bit different to navigate but the staff were friendly and helpful. Found everything we were looking for.

Always my go to store for variety of items. Wish they carried Dewalt and Milwaukee brand tools since I'm not a fan of Home Depot.

I was stuck without a back turn signal and in desperate need. Tony and his auto staff were so busy they were booking appointments 4 days later but knowing it was a safety concern Tony found a way to squeeze me in 30 mins later and was done in less than 10 minutes.What a kind and friendly knowledgeable team!
