Rick Dilts is extremely rude. Girlfriend and I are first time home buyers, looking for a breakdown of fee schedules to get an idea of how much it costs. He flat out refused to see us unless we guaranteed we would work with him only, no matter how much it cost. Would never work with someone like that.

Absolute nightmare experience hiring them for the sale of our house. We were totally on our own as they seemed to represent the person buying our property more then they did us. Lesson learned. Steer clear.
