Disappointing. Nobody ever greets me or offers to help me. I usually don’t even get talked to when I’m checking out, they just tell me the total and ask if I want a receipt. I’d love to support a local buisness, but I’d rather be treated nicely. They are the only place in town that sells our puppies food, as soon as he’s on adult food I won’t be back.

Was looking for a new dog food for my Fur Babies. However because they are so picky i only wanted to try a small bag.The Associate nicely went to the back and grabbed me a hole bunch of samples. I will give them a try and see what happens.

Shopping local is not worth it here anymore.Zoofood does not care to even pretend to keep their customers safe during this pandemic.I have been shopping for my pets here for years, and I am very upset.I was uncomfortable when:They took their mask mandate signage down months ago despite the PHO.I was anxious when:I noticed they didn't say anything to other customers not wearing masks or not wearing them correctly.Yesterday was the last straw for me:I walked in after work and saw the ladies at the front unmasked. I stopped walking and asked if they are doing masks at all anymore, and the one woman (who I believe is the owner) looked at me with disgust and said no.The customer service had always been wonderful, and they have a good selection of products, but that does not make up for putting me and my family at risk of contracting a highly transmissible disease that we are currently experiencing a pandemic with. It does not matter what their stance is on the pandemics existence, if they cannot even pretend to care, they are not worth my business.

What a great store. They take a personal interest in you, and, with their great selection, try to find exactly what fits your situation. Friendly and helpful. They even make personally engraved tags! Awesome place!

Zoo food offers a wide variety of every pet related. They have knowledgeable staff that have the biggest hearts. Zoo foods also hosts the best sale of the year on their anniversary. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company!

Love this place. We buy acana pet food for our dogs and cats here. The manufacturer gives 1 free bag after 12 purchases of the product, and the store offers the necessary paperwork. The sales people are friendly and approachable.
