Such a disappointing experience. I was excited to work with international play to open our new centre but what a mistake I made. After deciding on a design and confirming with a staff member an install date i paid 50% of the deposit. International play went silent, after chasing them for a week they came back with an install date that didn't work for us, it was too late, we were already paying rent on our building. They did not care at all and to make it worse they kept the whole deposit! We are a small family run business, this was financially crushing for us and our house was on the line. They do not care one bit about small business all they cared about was keeping the money. They hadn't even begun production on our equipment, there was no valid reason for them to keep the whole $150k US. There is plenty of competition out there. My recommendation is to go else where. Absolutely criminal what they did to us. Be aware!
