I had a great experience! The salon is VERY clean and super cute. Everyone is so so friendly. I went to get my eyelashes tinted by Angie (who was amazing. So nice and friendly) and now this is going to be my go to place for waxing too because all the girls there are so nice

Always a delight walking into this location. Very bright and clean with friendly staff. I have been to this location many times and Melissa always does a great job of waxing and making sure I feel comfortable in the space.The only thing that I dislike would be the partial walls in between each room. But if everyone is talking in the store, you don't have to worry about anyone hearing your conversation or feeling awkward.

First time going here and I really liked it. The reception was super sweet and welcoming. The ambiance was so cute and cozy, and they even had their own line of products they sold. Rose made me feel really comfortable and even suggested a great product for me to use, which I loved. Would definitely go back again when I can.

Casey is absolutely amazing at the perfect gel pedicure. My first one lasted 6 weeks without a single chip and the second one is just as awesome so far. She is super friendly and the entire experience is fantastic. Highly recommend Casey!Nicole

This is a great place to have waxing done. I have either Melissa or Karen, they are both amazing, fun to chat with and professional.I would never go anywhere else!

Went in to have my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted (by Leigh Ann who was fantastic and super friendly). A few days later I experienced quite the allergic reaction to the dye. The manager and the front staff were super understanding and more than willing to make up for the unfortunate experience. I have been in prior to this for waxing and I will keep going to Frilly Lilly, just not for any lash or brow tinting ;)

Nice and affordable!Have been coming to frilly Lilly every 6 weeks for the last year! I've had many different ladies for my services and all have made me feel comfortable. All my waxes have been preformed well and without any problems.

Went for eyebrow tint and Grissell completey wrecked my eyebrows. I have very blonde hair and asked for a small tint, nothing dramatic and she gave me sharpie eyebrows. I was stuck with them for weeks, when I told her I wasn't happy she didn't seem to care.
