I bought a new Jazzmaster from this store today and I had a really nice time. The staff were so kind and patient. Everyone was calm and not pushy. I was introduced to a new brand as well. I left with a beautiful watch, sized for me, and at a great price. The staff were so kind. I dislike when some people push so much to upsell but the wonderful woman here listened to exactly what I was looking for and showed me everything that was available. The price was great and I didn't haggle, which I hate doing. I'll be back for more watches from this store for sure. I love the up-front pricing and the kind staff. Fun is really the best word to describe it. I had fun and I love my new watch. Thank you. I'll see you next time.Edit: I've just bought a second watch from Moments. Freddie and Tina are amazing and I love how nicely they treat me and my family. I bought a beautiful Seiko that I had never seen in person and just had to buy it. Fady and his wife are great. Kind, patient, open and accommodating. They granted me two very reasonable requests for a price-match and didnt hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure my watch fits well and the end links are well-lubricated. Ahmad is super nice as well, helpful and honest. Cant recommend this place enough. I know its in stuffy Vaughan Mills but these kind folks will probably work with you if you try to ask for a reasonable deal. Got an awesome Longines Hydroconquest from them.

Buyer beware... no returns... only offers in store credit.. once you spend money you can never get it back..Also one female employee was rude and spoke down to me. If I didn't have a credit I would never go back.Also I went back to use the credit.. the store had a 50% off sale.. but double the prices..Much better options for watches and jewelry. Take your business elsewhere.

They charged us over 96 dollars for battery change with the claim that they are certified service center on May 27th. We got home and found out both case backs are scratched as if someone was trying to open them by force!!!! Which certified serviceman doesn’t know how to open the case back of two Swiss watches gently and professionally?!?!?! My lovely wedding watch is scratched by by an irresponsible so-called certified service person! My husband’s beautiful Rado’s case back is scratched!!!!! Who certified these people!!!! Who will accept the responsibility of ruining my wedding watch!!!

I went to the store today (Family Day) and I was considering purchasing a new watch for myself. I was quickly greeted by Marina who was very professional, polite, and friendly, and she was able to answer all my questions.The reason I am leaving a 5-star review is because moments does not only have a great selection of watches, but they also have great employees like Marina who go above and beyond in terms of customer service. I highly recommend Moments for anyone looking to buy a new watch, because employees like her really make the experience fantastic.

Best customer service. Bought a pair of rado watches on boxing day. They even let my kid eat inside their shop because the food court was packed that day.

I am surprised to see good reviews about this place. Maybe its just one sales person at this store that wasn't very nice. I did not get her name but I did speak with the manager of the store regarding her behaviour. While I was browsing through the watches at the store, I found a Longines Master collection - Moonphase watch that looked absolutely gorgeous. When i asked for help to look at the watch, I was approached by the old lady that worked there. Her attitude was very discourteous from the beginning and she wasn't very informative. But what really offended me the most was the statement she made when I was looking at the watch, she quoted Do you have the money to pay for the watch"? I don't feel people should be discriminated based on their economic background. Will never be visiting this store again."
