Walmart Supercentre

Probably the very worst Walmart I have ever shopped at. These people double charged my wife's debit card by $100.00, we presented our receipts and bank statements proving they double charged us yet they refused to refund the money they owed us. We got nothing but multiple weeks of promised returned calls from management that never came, promises of resolution that never came, and nothing but excuses about how it's not their fault their staff is poorly trained and double charged us.Run dont walk away from this store, if you prefer to shop at a Walmart find a better location then this one to shop at... but better yet avoid them if you can

Everything but the kitchen sink here, well maybe the kitchen sink possibly. The store is huge. It’s well lit and clean. Washroom facilities are available here. There is a McDonald’s in the store. I found what I was looking for so that was good. My experience was good but there is always lineups when checking out. Ample parking spaces available.

Walmart's pricing strategies as they call them instore are a joke. I went on line to look for an air mattress with good reviews on walmart's website that was not an online purchase only. I found one that had good reviews in stock so I went to Walmart to purchase it. I grabbed it from the shelf and took it up front only to find out that instore it is $159 but online for $114. They said pricing can be different online from instore and they cannot honor the pricing on their website. I asked to speak to a manager and the first one said they encourage people to buy online as it is lower overhead. I said that is ridiculous, I am here now and have the product in my hands. He said to go buy it online. I spoke to a manager higher up and he said it is company policy. I could go buy it online and come back in an hour and get the one I have in my hands now. I said that was ridiculous. Apparently they get a ton of complaints about this. The manager said he could not do anything about it. BUY FROM OTHER STORES. Shop at Real Canadian Superstore, Costco, anywhere else where they do not do that

I hate coming here unless I absolutely have to. Standing in a line at self checkout right now with other frustrated customers because the majority of the self checkout registers are closed. I experienced the same thing right before Christmas as well. Why invest in the technology if you don’t even use it.

Have been using the pickup service for sometime and found it not bad. The last time I went I had to wait 20 minutes while others are gaming the system.. Meaning they would call prior to arriving so they get their groceries quicker. The Management follow up was pitiful. What a disgrace.

It’s a Walmart. I’m here often because as Walmart goes, they’ve got decent prices and ok products.I will say there’s a door for a cooler for cheese that has been broken for MONTHS and never fixed, or it has been and repeatedly gets broken.As a company though, Walmart is getting out of customer service. Staff just don’t seem to care about their jobs or the people (not just here- It’s all Walmarts). They push you to self check outs, but even still only half work. Products on shelves are often stocked like a discount store.But yet I keep coming back for the pricing and selection. So they go from 1 to 2 stars.

Went in the store at 7:20pm may 24th looking for food they have in the pet section fridge,it was not there but online said they had it. Ask a guy doing stocking in black shirt if he could check in back for me nope we don't have a fridge back there. Asked him to check the telzon for inventory didn't have one then said he would send someone. No one was coming found a lovely lady in infants did not catch her name but she was very short. She took me to the meats lady Ana-lara who went and checked for me . She brought out 2 loafs of the fresh pet . Both ladies were all about customers service. They both deserve a raise.

Great place to shop. Has everything you need in one place from garden to kitchen. Has good electronics, clothing variety and shoes. And the prices are unbeatable. Overall a great experience.

After checking to see if a nailpolish shade was back in stock a delightfulassistant asked if she could help me. .....She went the extra mile by checking to see if new stock was in the store but not unpacked and displayed yet. Lo and behold she found it and I cannot believe her kindness and the effort she put into it!Thank you Shelley S. Walmart should be proud of you!Sincerely Mary Hurry

Good ole Walmart.Always something to find, and great groceries.Good on the budget, and always lots of stock.The staff we chatted with were super friendly, and helpful.The bathrooms were clean, and all the floors were shiny.We also got to see this cute robot.
