Got food poisoning, never going back again! Dirty tables, poor service. We were the only ones there, the staff looked disappointed that we walked in and didn't greet us. I had the pork dumpling soup w a few flakes of vegetables. You need a staff that cares and has a food safety course, pay more you'll get better workers. We ate there on Friday November 18 around 8pm.

The food has always been delicious at this location. Our most recent takeout experience was a little lack lustre though. Placed our order through their app and it was scheduled to be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready, and it still wasn't ready. It took an additional 15 minutes for our order to be ready. The other thing that was annoying was that none of the employees acknowledged myself and another customer that were waiting for our mobile app orders even though we were standing in front of the mobile orders pick up tables. The other customer's order was already ready and waiting, yet he had been standing there for 10 minutes until he was acknowledged. I would've given them less stars, but this was the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. Hopefully they pull it together.

I did not know what to expect when I chose to eat at Edo Japan. Now I do. It’s like “Japanese” fast food. However, there was just a hint of Japanese in their cooking, and the food didn’t taste good. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken bento box, but the rice in my California rolls were not soft as it’s supposed to be - it was weirdly crunchy on the edges. The chicken was so-so. It really was fast food quality. It’s like Panda Express, but Panda Express is way better. And when I got home, I felt a bit sick. I must say though that the cashier (Kelsey) was friendly and very pleasant - for that, I added another star.

After been here a few time everytime they mess up my order I always ask for no mushrooms because I have mild allergies to it and every time they mess it up. Always disappointed, they guy at the front counter was not very nice today and it wasn't just my order they messed up but a few guys that were ahead of me as well. Sadly they just lost another customer.

I went to the the store after long time I really loved the environment there especially the customer service. I waited only 3 minutes for my order and the guy served me quickly that was fantastic. Thank you Edo and Staff for awesome service. Will be coming back again.

Ate here the other day and the sushi is alright. But very disappointed the way the packed up our sushi when we ordered it to go. They just put a ton of wasabi on the one side and it was hard for anybody to eat those pieces on that edge because of the amount of wasabi. I was disgusted considering I dont even like wasabi and even my boyfriend who does like it. That was way to much.

Stopped to grab lunch there was no one at the cash but a few guys in the back looked at me and continued chatting, then made eye contact with me and kept chatting, then it looked like one of them was going to atleast acknowledge my existence as a customer and then turned back and kept chatting. Your a bunch of rude clowns, I'll give my money to someone who can atleast say Hello" or "We will be with you in a min"."
