I recently visited to this place and the staff dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in their willingness to do best to make you happy . Their work was fantastic and I highly recommend to visit this place . One of the best hand car wash in city . Love this place ..

Great car wash inside and out IF you have an hour to sit and wait. Can you guys please do better and look into a valet of some sort to allow customers to drop off their vehicle then shop at park royal. That would make the time waiting beneficial to all. Perhaps park royal could help with the cost as they would be adding revenue while people wait and shop. I had planned to hit up at least 5 stores while I waited to have my car cleaned and now have no time to do so. I entered at 1120am and didn’t leave until 1. The wait for the exterior isn’t terrible but once you’re in line for the interior you’re boxed in and can’t get out of line if you change your mind. Such a poor design. Probably won’t ever come back unless they change their design. They do such a good job but my time was wasted just waiting. I would rather spend that time doing it myself next time.

I cannot speak more highly of the fast, friendly service by Philip and his team. My first visit to their car wash service (recommended by 2 friends) and my car wouldn't start in their washing bay! I was SO embarassed but Philip was calm and kind and did not make me feel bad at all. They completed a fantastic wash even though I was blocking the bay while we waited for the tow truck. They did a n excellent, professional job!I will totally be going back there (if they will have me) and plan to have the interior done as well.

Came here for years. Prior to the reopen they did a genuinely good job for a decent price. Just came back in and got charged $60 for a wash and interior when the price displayed stays it should have been $40. The interior of the car was not clean and the rims were dirty. Not going back.

Just discovered this place and I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and quality they provide. Used to go to the car wash downtown but now It's safe to say that I have found my new go-to place for car washing and interior cleaning whenever I am at park royal.

I have been here a few times and my suv was always clean and it looked great. But I went this morning and once I drove off I looked in the back to check my son and in the middle row there is a huge section where they did not vacuum at all. For $60 it’s a bit silly to miss such an obvious area. If I didn’t have my 1 year old with me and had all the time to go back and wait (it is a very popular car wash and the line ups are long) I would have complained in person.

I've been on the lookout for a hand/do-it-yourself car wash for a long time now, and I finally stumbled upon this gem while waiting to meet my clients near Park Royal Mall in West Vancouver. Let me tell you, I won't be going anywhere else from now on.The prices at this place are unbelievably affordable, and their service is absolutely fantastic. They work quickly and efficiently, leaving my car looking spotless. Although I opted for the Deluxe Hand Wash instead of the Interior Express" due to time constraints

Great friendly service, new and powerful gear. It took slightly longer than my usual car wash but it's due to how much detail they put into the interior clean.
