Max and Leo (I think that was there names) in the shoe section were great help to me. They were very knowledgeable about shoes and helped me get a basketball shoe that fit my needs, also they were very friendly but I'm from out of town so I'm not sure if it's just a cultural difference or if they were just super nice! Thanks guys

I had amazing help from Branden in finding exactly what I needed and he also helped me find an amazing Nike water bottle that I love! Thank you Branden, your kindness, interpersonal skills and professionalism were incredible:)

Got a good and friendly support from the guys in the store. I found what I was looking for. There is always variety and quality to choose from.

Sport Chek Square One has an employee named Brett who’s outstanding (he is a shipper) but he should be Manager or head of customer service & should be acknowledged & given a raise or promotion! I called Sherway which is right by my house for a pair of shoes I was looking at no answer & then tried Square One & was so lucky to have gotten Brett on the phone, he went out of his way to check all locations in Cda for the specific shoes I was looking for online & even called the 1 location in Edmonton to check if they had it which they didn’t. Then he tried to accommodate me by offering another shoe & said it was on sale & there was one left in my size & kindly kept it for me until I got there & told me to ask for him & he will bring it himself. If only every employee was as caring & kind to go above and beyond like this in service!

Great service from Joey last afternoon at the shoe section. Wanted to drop a good word for him at the cashier but was given a card that has a link that didn't work on my phone. It should either be fixed or made easy to give feedback. Excellent work from staff should be recognized and the process should be swift and seamless.

This is a great Sports Check. What Trinity common, BCC or Erin mills doesn’t have, you can most likely find in this location. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The layout of the store and the way everything set up is a bit confusing.

Awesome service from Alex in the snowboard/ski shop! I attended this store with my son to purchase snowboard bindings. Alex was pleasant, courteous and informative. His efforts meant that our shopping experience was swift and we left feeling like we had received excellent value for our money. Thank you so much to Alex !!

Staff of shoes sanction are really nice and helpful. They have amazing collection of Nike. But no high discount on black Friday.

I came in today looking for a pair of running shoes, upon heading to the men’s shoe area there were a decent amount of customers and two associates. A supervisor I assume was training the associate on selling tactics and blocking the whole running shoe area from view. Other customers seemed to afraid to dive in so I just stepped in and said “Excuse me, a few of us would like to take a look at this area would you mind if I stepped in to check out a shoe?” The supervisor gave me a dirty look and moved on with the associate. Keep in mind none of us were ever greeted or asked if we needed help. I picked out two shoes to ask for sizing and made eye contact with the supervisor, he turned around and brought the associate with him down to the women’s section. Back the two shoes went and I was off to get the shoe from elsewhere. I ended up buying a shoe for $10 over Sportcheks price just to avoid giving that man a sale. PS: When training an associate on sales tactics don’t mention customers are “dumb” and to never bring them the shoe they want and to only bring out alpha flys or Vapor flys to make more money

Great shoe collections. But sports jackets stocks are not getting updated. Same since 2 months
