Aroma Espresso Bar
Stopped in for a coffee and pastry. The cafe au lait and espresso were very good. However, the selection of desserts was disappointing. We had the blueberry peach crumble and that was good but not really what we were hoping for.Quick service, clean location.

Feb 21, 2023 - great place with great staff. we are not the first time here. this time we decided to leave a review and remove one star for the behavior of the supervisor, as we understood it was him. we were greeted as always very friendly, then the attendant came up, he began to abruptly intervene in our conversation with the cashier, it was not very nice. he behaved especially disgustingly with the team in front of us (clients). guys, you are wonderful. I really sympathize with you and your chief". very rude manager

Cozy coffee shop near Bathurst and College. There is moderate seating and limited electric outlets. Only a few tables by the windows have a charging outlet.Food is okay, they have sandwiches soups and a variety of hot/cold drinks you can choose from.There is coffee shop vibe music and TV channel cp24 playing.Bathroom requires a key from the staff, ran out of soap :(

I've always loved aroma but this location has really caused me to change my opinion about them. For the 5 months I've been visiting, they do not allow paying customers to use the bathroom there. They do this under the guise of it's out of service" but it's been many months and so obvious that they just don't want to deal with people using the bathroom. It is a fact that Ontario provincial health regulations stipulate that public eating establishments with seating must allow their customers access to a washroom. This Aroma location could easily be reported to the ministry of public health if this isn't fixed anytime soon."

Awful staff. Aroma is my go to coffee chain. I always have great service and love the food & drinks. However, I came to this location on a Sunday morning at 10:00am right when they opened and tried to order a drink that supposedly was not on their menu. I have ordered an iced hazelnut latte at every other aroma location except for this one, who said they are unable to make it. I explained to them that this was the only location that continuously caused me problems but I understood that it wasn’t the staffs fault. A really nice Supervisor Karina helped me out and explained everything and apologized for the inconvenience. Then all of a sudden “Tima” who is a supposed “shift lead” came out and said “why don’t you just go to another location then”. The supervisor (Karina) apologized right away and said that she understood I was just trying to have a conversation. Again, I’m not one to leave reviews usually, nor is it a huge deal, but I thought the way Tima was treating customers including myself was awful.

I’ve been here a couple of times and I can assure you that I used to say that Aroma was one my favourites places to come eat, sadly, since I move here recently this is the only location that is near me and 99% of the time, food is great, coffee is great and staff are friendly. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the manager, every time I try to order something he is either throwing stuff or being rude with the workers in the cashier, even a few times he doesn’t have a good attitude to the customers. As a regular customer it is rather uncomfortable to see how their own supervisor treat their workers so poorly, and in view of the previous comments, it seems that I’m not the only one who see this. Maybe I’ll take some time out going there so often.

I usually don’t want to leave a bad review but I need to tell this. I've visited here a few times and the one of the staff who is cleaning table try to remove the plate and mugs too often even before finishing the food. One time I only took a bite of sandwich, but she came to my table and tried to take my plate. She was constantly snooping near the table and trying to get rid of everything. I've seen countless other customers tell her not to take it because they haven't eaten yet. And this is uncomfortable. I can understand the effort to keep the store clean, but I think it's too much. Still, the matcha latte is delicious and the shop is in a good location.

Came here to grab a quick bite.They have wonderful staff and the food and drinks tasted great as always.I got the avocado toast and light iced aroma.They have a few tables outside the store to sit and enjoy the food with shades being a plus.

Food can be quite pricey but really worth it as it’s so delicious and healthy. Drinks are good too. A lot of seating to do work or read. Clean place and Friendly staff.

I tried their cappuccino and didn’t really like it, also it was too hot and burned my mouth. Liked the outdoor area though.
