Sean O'Hearn has been outstanding in making our move to Windsor a success!We got in touch around the holidays and Sean was quick to contact me to answer questions, provide further details about properties, and so much more. Our first call (before I even agreed to work with him) was over an hour long!In the following weeks, Sean provided eveyrthing we would hope for in a realtor as he sent us listings, connected on phone calls to answer additional questions, and visited properties to give us a virtual video tour. We live outside of Windsor, so it was extremely helpful to have Sean Facetime us from each home and give us a detailed look via video.Maybe most of all, he gave us his honest opinion on homes and neighborhoods as we went through the process. We are not from the area, so having this insight was so valuable to us.Moving is stressful. And moving across a province makes things even more challening. My daughter was looking for her first home and we started with one agent that just did not care enough and we came across Sean accidentally and it was the best thing that could of happened. He was right there for us, with my daughter being a first time home buyer and of course it had been some time since I had been in the look and with times so much different he walked us through the process really well. For him he didn’t feel that any question was not of value and if he did not know the answer he found the answer. With multiple offers going in on each home he guided us throughout the process and when the offer was not accepted he helped my daughter through it and always kept a up beat attitude. He showed us lots of places and when it came down to her offer being accepted he was just as happy for us as we were to get a accepted offer. I feel that even though her price point was not that high he treated us the same as he would treat his million dollar home seekers. I had spoken to different people and heard the same story over and over again about other agents no caring for first timers because the commission would not be as great and that definitely was not the case with this team. I recommend them 100%
