Bridal Falls Motel

My family and I were very tired on our Road Trip and called in to The Bridal Falls Motel. The lady was very kind and helpful and worked hard to get us a room for the night. The motel has everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

It's a camping ground / RV grounds. The grounds themselves contain a pool, sauna, whirlpool, laundry rooms, showers, a store that you can buy whatever and of you that will make your mouth drop open. Sitting at a campfire watching a waterfall come from a top of a mountain and trickle-down all the side of it until it goes into the ocean.... beautiful.

I forgot my pillow behind and called the manager about the loss. She was willing to hold the pillow until I could get back there to pick it up. I wasn't going to be going that way anytime soon so asked if she could mail the special colored pillow case to me. I just got it in the mail yesterday.

This is the most lovely and adorable little motel just off the highway. The nicest lady was working one evening in June and was able to accommodate myself and boyfriend at 11:00pm on a thursday evening after landing in Vancouver with no hotel arrangements for that evening. She stayed late i'm assuming so we could crash for the evening arriving just after midnight. The next day we woke up early and had breakfast at the little truck stop restaurant just steps down the road and also hiked the Bridal Veil Falls which was breath taking!

Lea the caretaker was great ! Fast friendly check in. Older motel but nice and comfortable accomadations. It offers a walkway to camperland rv park. You get to enjoy all their amenities pool clubhouse store ect. Will go back there again

Air conditioner, bathroom fan & range did not work. Semi-quiet location, comfortable room.

We were excited to see that the laundry was 24 hours on the pamphlet that they gave us at the front so we put our laundry in. the building was locked up so our stuff was sitting in the machine till 8 AM and we have to re-pay four dollars per load to wash it all again. Plus now we’re waiting for laundry to be done in the morning when we’re supposed to be leaving. I tried talking to them about how the pamphlet was wrong and nobody informed us that it was so we would like them to pay for our loads that had to be re-washed since it’s more expensive than even a laundromat… but the service was incredibly rude and hostile and you could tell that they didn’t care we were stressed about this at all. they said they’re not gonna refund it and on top of that defended themselves why we shouldn’t be complaining. The signs saying the updated hours were very hard to find and not in plain sight so it was an obvious to us first timers here. Just wish there was some understanding on their part. or sympathy. on top of that, The machine broke and we had to wait for a maintenance guy.

August2021. Due to the fires in BC, our family rerouted our camping adventure to Bridal Falls Waterpark. Our kids loved it! A trail to Camperland, where the kids went back and forth to the general store, and we all cooled off (heat wave) enjoying the pool next door. The Manager, Lea made it happen for all of us and we are ALL forever grateful to her. She went above and beyond for us!! My overall review. Fabulous location, the rooms were clean and cozy, picnic table on site, and plenty of hot water, a perfect getaway close to home! Kudo's to you Lea!!! The lady we dealt with was very nice and able to provide a room on extremely short notice. One of the beds had some dirt sprinkled in between the topsheet and blanket, but nice accommodations overall

We called late in the evening and they accommodated me and my brother who were very tired looking for a cheap place to stay on our road trip. The lady at the desk was more than friendly and helped us get everything we needed and gave us the best service. I highly recommend this hotel, clean comfortable and doesn't get better for the price.
