Wouldn't allow an exchange nor let me speak to the manager. The gift was for valentines day and we tried to return it 5 weeks after. They carefully checked for condition and it was mint due to no usage but still refused me to exchange or speak to the manager.Would recommend working with a larger chain where customer service is usually good. Unfortunate. Other glass places offer longer period.Not sure why they replied 2 months here.

Have have been buying sunglasses as watches from Sunsations from last 3 years, have bought, Gucci, Rayban, Versace, Carrera from them, also bought couple of gshocks. All their products are genuine and comes with Warranty. Every time I have been to this place I got excellent customer service and amazing deals. They also do watch battery replacement and watch repairs for all kinds of watches. I will recommend this place and visit them for all your Sunglasses and watches needs and I guarantee that you will never be disappointed.

I was looking for a place to repair my watch which is really important to me. And I found Sunsations in Dufferin Mall where they took care of it really fast. And the best thing of it was meeting Manali. Such a nice person! Really polite and professional. 100% recommended!
