Communication bad !!! Selling knockoff products (substitute) at least for my order !!!! Long wait for delivering products !!!Ordered 4 pairs of attachments received 2 pairs !?!? I guess the warehouse packers have some mathematical problems even written on the bill !!! 15 days approximately wait. Not doing business with them in the future.

Shipping was brutal, they need to switch from purolator to a more reliable shipping company

Been trying to get ahold of warranty team to have my g44 warranties for since January 2022 to no success. Its now october. Keep getting emails from Ibrahim Bayaa. Saying he will help me to wait for an email from a gunsmith that never comes. I've sent now 25 to 30 emails to have not even a shipping label send to me. Worst service I have ever recived in my life.

Have been trying to get a hold of someone for over a week. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails and no one responds to messages on your account portal. Tracking number provided for purchase is invalid, purchase never arrived.

*update below*I tried buying a simple clothing from them and their « security » system wouldn’t allow my transaction for a « mismatched » billing address. Even though I’ve called my bank 3 times and they confirmed that the address is good and that the payments went through. It took me almost two weeks to deal with 3 different people, 2 of which were supposed to call me back but never did. It felt like since I didn’t work for the governement I was a useless customer and they didn’t really care at some point.. It’s a shame because their prices are good.UPDATE:I originaly gave a one star rating but I decided to try one last time after 3 weeks and the payment went through and the item was shipped shortly after. It’s not really that they didn’t care about me but I felt like the could’ve reached the company that provides their billing solution to see if there was a problem with their database but anyway, I will receive the item soon so that’s what counts the most. I will surely re-order from that website because they have a great selection of quality items that suits my arctic survival well !

Took 6 weeks to receive my order due to an issue with Rampart. Bad customer service; they stated that emails from me were ‘lost’ and phone calls not returned. I only received a small credit for my inconvenience and when I emailed to ask what else could be done, my email was again not returned. For a company that promotes their good customer satisfaction, they certainly do not follow through.

Customer service was able to answer all of my questions about the Mystery Ranch backpack I was ordering with quick response times. Fast shipping and great prices as well.

At first, I didn’t think I was going to get my order in time. Ten days had past, so I emailed customer service asking them if they could ship my order out so I would receive it before my trip. Glad to say my package arrived a couple days early! Thanks!

Excellent staff when calling in and having a discussion about their products. Their website is a bit slow, however they are going to have a relaunch shortly. Great prices and services for Shield members. Go visit their new showroom.
