This place is not accepting new patients of caucasian decent , despite the 'new patients welcome'sign on the door, they were rude and to make it even more insulting they told the Indian man in front of us that he was welcome to fill out a new patient form but we were not welcome. So I would not recommend this medical clinic to anyone.

Extremely rude doctor unhelpful. Not sure why this doctor would even pursue medicine when he looks down on patients that need help.

Worst secretary ever...unprofessional...does not respect people that are there for help..Dr Batt and the other Doctors need a better receptionist they are great Dr's...however the patience are treated with such disrespect it is extremely hurtful...

I am very disappointed with The Medical Center, the receptionist and Dr. BattI have been seeing him for 20 years. Had a phone appointment a month ago. Last Monday I called to make an appointment to refill my prescriptions.The un-caring receptionist told me Dr. Batt had retired, and the other doctors are not taking new patients. I had surgery 5 weeks ago, now I don't have a family doctor and am out of medication. I am planning on sending letters to their head office, college of physicians and surgeons and the media.

The receptionists is so rude ! I called to make an appointment, she told me to go somewhere else were busy. I explained that I wanted to make an appointment, i didn't need to come in today she screamed at me before hanging up. All the receptionist at this medical clinic need to be Fired!!!
