Good skates for all sizes with a spacious locker room upstairs. Renting the skates is very expensive though

Was fun but don’t forget your ID when you return your skates because the staff does not remind you to pick it up.. the staff told me they would hold onto it and when I returned to pick it up it was nowhere to be found. The boss called me back laughing saying all she could do was reimburse me for having lost my card. Nothing funny about the situation at all.

Save of self the trouble: terrible customer service. I went with a big group, and the person that served us was EXTREMELY rude. He would make extremely inappropriate jokes, sexist jokes and what not. We paid cash, and he didn’t give us a receipt, and we checked out change, it was wrong. When we went back to talk to him, he was very aggressive, and said that we were accusing him of stealing. In addition he refused to do something about it because we didn’t have a receipt. The 5$ difference won’t make me poorer, but the experience.... sweet Lord! Terrible, and I’ll never come back!

Save yourself some time and go somewhere else, although this is the only ice skating rink near old port Montréal. I was very disappointed with the customer service when renting out skates. I had asked the lady working for another pair of skates because the part around the ankle was very loose giving way to a possibility of my ankle being snapped. I had also noticed that she pulled out a brand new pair the same size to which I asked her if I could use that pair. To which she replied “oh we don’t give out the new ones” looking around I saw various people using fairly new boots and in return the lady gave me a pair with torn laces tons of scratches and years of aging. Going home now, and the best part is my ankles hurt a lot. If they don’t care about the safety of the people then you shouldn’t care to go there.

La réservation en ligne nous a permis de ne pas faire la longue file d'attente, vraiment pratique.Le personnel sur place était débordé mais agréable quand nous en avons eu besoin.
