The staff is very nice & helpful. Special thanks to Mykael Girard for his great assistance on finding the product I was looking for. He went above and beyond my expectations and that needs to be highlighted. It's also a great store with a lot of merchandise, definitely worth the visit!

Describing my customer service experience with Francois at Empire Dix30 as excellent would be a grave understatement. Not only does his expertise in technical snowboard product knowledge show that I was speaking to the right person, his inquisitive nature on my personal riding style actually guided me in acquiring gear that will push my capabilities to the limit ! Had a great conversation with Francois. Helped me choose and heat mold a pair of snowboard boots. Great and friendly guy! Definitely one of the most knowledgeable staff I have met at a board shop. Highly recommend! Good shopping experience.
