I went to this place for Electrosis and Ana did the service worse experience. she burned my face few times ( my upper lip & my eyebrow ) but last time I was there which was on March 2022 it was so bad I sent her a msg & pics and she told me pls use polysporin . She didn’t understand I’m telling her you burned my face ! I didn’t ask you what to uses! I know what to use and I used lots of things but scare is still here and I think I’m gonna have it for life :( I went to some other places before never came out with burned face and scare . I dint go back to them cause this place was closer to my home . Big mistake:(

Anna literally changed my life. Electrolysis is painful and laborious but it is worth it! She understood my frustrations and told me to stick with it and it worked! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a permanent hair removal solution. Not gonna lie its painful but its worth it in the end

Terrible to deal with. Bought a Groupon. After calling multiple times, they finally answered and would not honor the Groupon and were rude Even though all the criteria on the Groupon website was met. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Anna is great ! So friendly always! 100 % recommend , the facility is always clean and comfy. Electrolysis hurts not going to lie , but Anna makes you feel comfortable and she is super friendly and chatty which is nice because it’s a good distraction :)

I would strongly recommend to everyone.I had lately lasers treatments and results were incredibly amazing....Thank you Ana for excellent service.On the past Ana removed my facial hair permanently.My life changed, I don't have to worry about facial hair anymore... :)
