He is very busy!! Expect to wait 4 to 5 hours! He is very knowledgeable and worth the wait.

I thought he was worth the wait, very thorough and very knowledgeable. He is helping me a lot and his secretary is the only one there and she is very nice but very busy.

The Dr himself would get a 4 star rating . He seemed to care about my overall wellness and as he is a specialist I didn’t even mind the 4.5 hrs wait to see him after my scheduled appointment time. That was my first visit on which was on June 27th which was 7 weeks after being discharged from the hospital after having a stroke, at that time ordered me to wear a heart monitor for another 15 days and was to refer me to an ear nose throat specialist as I suffer from numbness on my whole right side and lost about 80% hearing in my right ear. My next appointment was scheduled for Aug 2nd but when I went to my appointment the office door was locked and I could see no one in the waiting room … I called got voicemail and left a message. Today is Nov. 10th and I have called during office hours over 2 dozen times and left over a dozen messages as instructed by the voicemail asking if he is still my dr or do I have to have my family dr refer me to another neurologist and could they please call me back and let me know. To date I have got no response which is why his supporting staff gets a minus 3 stars hence my one star rating…. I will be making a complaint to the CPSO

After my visit with Dr.Mustafa I was very pleased. He was very thorough in his exam and explained everything to me , he also allowed my husband to say what he has experienced when it comes to me. On a side note trying to contact his office is impossible to book another appointment which I was suppose to do after my MRI was done , called multiple time's and got no answer all day. Aside from this I would highly recommend Dr.Mustafa to any family and friend that's how good of a doctor he is.

No one ever answers the phone at the office. Unable to get test results that we have been waiting on to be able to get treatment started. My husband waited in the office for 8 hours to get paperwork filled out. I feel like he is being ignored.

My son lost his job and his license because doctor is too busy to fill up a form. It has been 6 months since I gave him the form and he still neglected to do anything. Mustafa is extremely rude and so is the secretary and after you spend 6 hours in the waiting room the doctor rushes you out of the room not listening to you for a minute.

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. My appointment was at 3:30 and it is now 9pm and I am just on my way home. I was waiting for 5 hours. I asked why it was taking so long and was told it's because the doctor likes to take time with him patients. This was not the case with me since he only spent about 15 minutes with me. He was cold and dismissive. Very unprofessional.

I had to call the college of physicians and surgeons to file a complaint against him and his office". He asked me at my first and only visit if I had the EEG and when I asked him if he ordered it he checked his file and responded that he hadn't. He said he would request it. I had submitted to his secretary a short term disability form via fax a few days prior and when I arrived for the aforementioned appointment she said she hadn't received it but she would check. She checked her computer. I told her again

0 stars if I could. This office is not professional and never returns calls. The doctor won’t refill essential anti seizure meds without an appointment but also won’t book appointments causing people to have seizures due to medical negligence. Their outgoing voicemail says they only return messages asking for appointments and only if they’re left after 6pm. So someone is checking every message’s timestamp to be extra negligent and avoid actually doing their job. All I want is a referral to a neurologist that will actually do their job. I’ve lost part of my tongue due to this doctor’s shortcomings. Just refer me to someone competent already before I have to seek legal action for your continued negligence.

I saw Dr Mustafa at the TIA clinic, the staff were wonderful, the on duty nurse was very understanding and explained everything, Dr was on time a short wait interrupted by a stroke in emerg, he was polite, professional, thorough, took his time didn’t feel rushed.I was pleasantly surprised on my visit despite the other reviews, people need to be prepared to wait, and be prepared, they are so busy, enough said.
