Didn't really need help. Staff was courteous and friendly. This place always seems to have a good amount of stock or can get it really fast. This is a good family owned Bac company. They also give back heavily to the communities that they are a part of.

Decent place so long as you don't deal with Gord. I've dealt with him three times. Each time he has either been racist, degrading, refused to believe i worked where I did or tried to rip me off by overcharging for parts previously quoted. Or any combination of the above. It's a shame considering how good everyone else has been. Which is the only reason I'm not giving one star.

Always has the parts needed, open long weekends, friendly helpful staff 5 stars.

Not greeted upon entering although that might just be how it is. Also wandered around for 5 min with no offer for assistance, before I had to awkwardly ask someone behind a counter. It's ok.

I am a frequent buyer at lordco and ive usually had amazing service from multiple different locations.unfortunately I mustve caught one of the parts desk attendants at a busy or bad time, spoke down to me and was almost upset that I had called in. quoted 900$ on a lower intermediate shaft for an 04 Ram 1500, i ended up buying one from the mopar manufacturer for 99$.Might look to a local parts store next time if i have the option.Cheers.

First ever Google review, but I just had to comment on this place. I'm a bit of a car newbie so I went in kind of knowing what I needed but not entirely. The staff on the floor were very attentive to me and helped me find the more general things I was looking for, but the behind the desk staff were the real stars.Unfortunately I don't remember any names, but one gentleman was able to find the 2 bolts I needed in the back, a purchase totaling 86 cents, but I was still treated as any other customer. The person who stood out to me the most was the lady in charge of paint mixing with the amazing nails! She mixed my paint in 20 minutes and also walked me through the process of applying it correctly, which I really appreciated.I hope these wonderful folks get the credit that they deserve! If it helps I was there on Wednesday Sept. 21 around 2:30.

Not very pleasant to women they must think all of us know nothing. Not helpful in finding a simple product. Couldnt find the part that was ordered in and I called to verify was ready before I drove from sidney, made him look again and he found it.Not impressed.

One of your employees i dealt with had poor manners and customer service skills. I tried to return a purchase and was rudely dismissed and denied service. I was forced to wait in line again to which another employee was able to help with my purchase return.

My go to parts store for all of my truck parts needs. I've got an older 92-93 dodge pickup and they have a surprising amount of parts that I need. If they don't have it in stock they get it in either the same day or next day. Always helpful counter staff. Thanks guys!

As a young female, navigating car stores and purchasing parts can be intimidating and stores have left me feeling stupid and have taken advantage of me. The sale associate Alexa at this location went above and beyond giving me information and helping me figure out what worked best for me and my vehicle. Alexa did not rush me at all and took the time to make sure I understood what I wanted/needed and that I was comfortable. I don't know if Alexa is the manager or has been working here for awhile but they are an all star, not just as an employee, but as a person too. Alexa was so kind and nice. I appreciate her help and expertise so much. If the manager is reading this- please give Alexa an extra two weeks of vacation cause wow they deserve it.
