There was many flavors not available in the cola machine.There was no wifi at this location.You would think these days wifi would be available at this store.There will be second thoughts next coming back to this place.Will go where wifi is available.

Passed by today for breakfast and the place was actually open (good start). Ordered my breakfast, ate, then asked for a refill on my coffee. I was told that they don’t do coffee refills. Foolish policy!I used to work in the fast food industry. There was never a time that we didn’t offer a coffee refill. For the sake of 25 cents, you’re keeping a customer happy and returning. I would understand if someone was walking in at 7am and drinking coffee all day and taking up space, but most customers only get one refill.On a more positive note, the French Toast Sticks were good, but I won’t be back.

I don't want to be that person" but please teach your staff some general life etiquette and that you do not need to gender anything. Repeatedly being misgendered in the drive thru is something no one should have to experience.I'm aware some may thing "oh it's one of them" but please just don't use Sir/Ma'am because your could ruin some ones day with a simple word. Please be more cautious and understanding in the future.The Food is usually decent. It's a wendy's

Was enjoying my spicy burger until I pulled out a large piece of plastic from it (notice the mayo all over it). What's really going on?! That's a major choking hazard, you all really have to be more careful about what you're doing. Now I'm really annoyed, smh.

2022 Aug: 4/5-for a Wendy's the food is good, the spicy chicken sandwich is a bit plain and rather small considering what you pay for it. Drive thru was quick, friendly, efficient, and accurate. No complaints save the value for money on the food itself...

I used to love this location, everything used to be so perfect but the past few times I’ve gone there my order has been wrong. Either just chicken in wraps or missing items and now when I wanted a poutine the most ( i had been craving it for days, pregnant so you know I was so happy to finally get one) and the gravy was not only super clumpy, it was cold and there was no cheese. I am very sad about it and will stick to a different location from now on

Food is good. But im writing the review based on the employees. Now I order my food and go up to the window and they confirmed the wrong order? Thankfully it got clarified and switched the order. But when the girl was giving me my food she handed my drink to me with the lit coming off and it leaked all in my brand new car!! I got so triggered because I just bought my car and I asked for napkins quickly because I didn't want a stain or for it to be sticky, she took her sweet time getting napkins and then I asked for a wet napkins and the girl said oh sorry we don't sell wet napkins here" and im like "omg just get me a napkins with water on it

I ordered a taco salad from this locations via skip the dishes. I did not get sour cream, salsa or tacos just a small helping of lettuce and cheese with almost cold chilli. No refund or partial refund, I do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience fries are cold and Burger had everything I didn't order on it. This happens way too much anymore at fast food restaurants. I think they should be held accountable and have a three strike rule for employees who screw up the order and fire them like any other company does. If I did my job this way I would be without one but they can screw up my order daily doesn't matter the place and keep their jobs. If you can't listen to a clear order and read the ticket to confirm the order is right in the bag then you should be let go.

I was not impressed. The drive-thru was busy but the line did move quite well so that wasn't the problem. Problem was that my burger was not cooked. I didn't realize it wasn't cooked until I was well on my way home on the highway. I understand that there is staffing shortages and so forth but that is no excuse for serving something like that. Drive through is supposed to be fast but you are also responsible for ensuring the food that goes out is properly prepared. When I spoke with the duty manager at the store the offer was to give me two free meals which I declined as I only purchased one so I only expected one to be replaced at a later date. I know my words fell on deaf ears but it is very important, no matter how busy it is and how much you want to push through and get the food out, customers will still be appreciative if their food comes out cooked and hot. Waiting a few extra minutes for those things is worth it.
