I got placed at TDL in guelph. I still havent been paid by this agency. Making me jump through hoops, says they mailed the check out already and then tell me I gotta go from guelph to mississauga to pick it up.

The woman at the front desk, Sonia, she is very helpful and kind. She will help you with your schedule. Best place for students to get a job. She assured me that she will call me back and sort it out for me, inspite of the other agencies. Thank you :)

Customer service is best. They deal with everyone very nicely and provide more information required. Ms. Sonia always talks in very positive and polite way.

The lady sits in the front was very very rude (Sonia). She was not even paying any attention that somebody’s standing in front of her. She was on her phone talking some house stuff with someone know and she didn’t even bother to say hi or say that she’ll help after the call. Finally, after 3-5 min she ended the call and said “what”? I asked her if they have any work available. She said nothing right now and asked my name. When I gave her my name she said you already called me twice today. I said I don’t remember as i called so many agencies for work. She said why dis you come when i told you over the phone that no work is available. Finally, very bad experience at this place. If you are not gonna help anybody just close your place. Very very unsatisfactory service.

They don’t know how to talk with anyone. I called them and lady who pick the phone speak very rudely with me. She said we don’t have any work. Don’t call us again and remove our number from your phone. Why you open the agency if you don’t know how to talk with your client?

Jaspreet should be fired .She does not pick call regarding our payment .We called her 50 times .She is not right person for this role .

Sonia is such aa nice lady. Today I was having no hope to get the job but that lady made a hope in my mind that she will soon call me for the work and am still on the hope. Her behavior was too nice. She is a kind hearted person. ❤

This one star is not even deserved. Sonia considers herself on the top of the world. She doesn’t even know how to talk with someone. She can just make situations but can’t accommodate that. And in the end , when she will realize I have lost every thing, She will block the person. Even though it is an employment agency for everyone, they will only prefer with reference. Worst agency ever. They only make assumptions about what will be happening if someone will not be able to go as per their rules.
