My husband went into this location a few months ago but the lady working didn't know much about any of the products and wasn't helpful at all. Fast forward, I went in tonight to give it another chance, same lady working, no interest in helping me, I was in looking to buy a tree but she seemed more interested in the phone and computer. I do not recommend this shop will be shopping at LakeLand next from now on!

Stellar customer service resulted in perfect wedding bouquets!Atlantic Gardens prepared 4 bouquets for myself and the bridal party along with 4 boutonnières. The arrangements exceeded my expectations. Every flower detail I asked for was incorporated. I was able to transport these flowers almost 3 hours away, 2 days before the wedding and they stayed perfect!Thank you to the team at the Bedford Store for all their help and expertise!

Very disappointed with the arrangement of flowers sent today. They were nowhere near the image that is displayed on the website - and I opted for the largest bundle - paying extra because I wanted them to make an impact. The flowers delivered were a tiny small bunch - completely misrepresented compared to what is displayed on their site. Buyer beware - I’ll never purchase from this shop again!

I live in Ontario and was having trouble finding someone in Nova Scotia who could deliver a plant arrangement to my daughter in a rural area. I was so fortunate to find Atlantic Gardens Florist who not only delivered the most gorgeous arrangement of succulents to my daughter in rural Nova Scotia, but also delivered the arrangement that day! Placed a delivery order for my friend’s birthday today, but, to my disappointment and embarrassment, she received another person’s sympathy arrangement in error. While I can appreciate that mistakes can and do happen, I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received in response to this rather significant screwup on their part.Firstly, I had to call them when my friend contacted me to inform me of the delivery error. In a situation like this, the person who placed the order should be made aware of the issue as soon as it is discovered and offered some type of compensation such as a discount on the order or on a future order. At the very least, an apology for the inconvenience should be offered. This is good customer service.Instead, the woman I spoke with sounded like she couldn’t have cared less that my best friend of 40 years was sent a random stranger’s funeral flowers (including the enclosed note for their intended recipients) instead of the beautiful arrangement I had carefully selected for her birthday. The only “solution” that was offered (and I am using the term loosely) was that my friend could “enjoy” the sympathy arrangement she received today and her correct order would be sent tomorrow (which is not terribly helpful considering her birthday is TODAY, not tomorrow).There was no offer of a discount to make it right and only a grudging, insincere apology for THEIR mistake. (I should add that the arrangement I ordered was over $100 and I have spent similar amounts on previous orders. This is not a great way to treat a repeat customer who is willing to pay for premium arrangements.)I got the distinct impression that the woman I spoke with was of the opinion that I shouldn’t be disappointed that a mistake was made due to human error. In fact, I am far more disappointed in her apathetic and unprofessional response to my valid complaint. Mistakes happen; rudeness is a choice.

Listen up guys... I had big expectations going to a 'flower shop' as traditionally, the Superstore/Sobeys will do, but this one was special. I called the gal at the shop, and she seemed unimpressed with my weak flower knowledge, or my desire for a $70 bouquet. I went to pick it up (I'm 15 min away, and the charge was going to be more than a dollar a minute to deliver... ) When I picked it up I got to see the young lady who wasn't impressed with my order, she didn't really make eye contact and I was whisked away as it had already been charged to my card. Picked up the kids from school, made the presentation, all went well... I'm just saying the value for money, and the experience was poor... Save yourself 50% and go get two bouquets at Sobeys or Superstore...have the customer service gal re-wrap them and you'll be way better off.

I’ve been to Atlantic Gardens a few times will say flowers are good which brings to my issue I ordered an arrangement online payed all the fees including the delivery fee which I was ok with but the next day I get a phone call saying I had to pay more for delivery because it was far well this would be the second time I would get flowers delivered and the first time I was told I had to pay extra they even delivered them when Covid restrictions gave us boundaries so I agree to pay extra because it was for my mom come to find out that my delivery was last and that the driver actually lived out in the general area of my mom which meant the driver was really just dropping it off on their way home
