Did not listen to what i wanted done. Completely went in the opposite direction of what i wanted. I wanted blonde balayage and ended up with dark blue ashy hair.

I had a 1pm appointment to get extensions adjusted, but she didn't even start until 1:30. Then after only taking the extensions out, she proceeded to take care of FIVE more clients while telling me wait for hours until at about 4:30 when I decided to just leave. Not even an apology for wasting my day. Awful service and zero courtesy, avoid this place at all costs, I would give it zero stars if I could.

Great place to have your hair cut , well knowledgeable and skilled hair stylist.

Thank you ♡After receiving my wig, from another venue. I was a little dismayed. My bangs were far too long and getting in my eyes.I was rather frantic to find supplies I would need to cut and fluff them up. I've been wanting to stop in this beautiful store for a long time and have to say that I truly regret not having done so. I was assisted with such finesse and compassion. I also discovered that her prices are reasonable and not hiked up for specific needs. I cannot thank you enough for helping me today. I finally have hair again and thanks to you I also feel good wearing it too. Please be rest assured I will come back to see you again. I will be continuing my hair care with you as my own hair begins to grow back after my Cancer treatments too. ♡Btw :-) before I saw you I saw pity in others eyes...after I saw you I was given compliments on my new hairstyle from someone who hadn't seen me in a while. Wonderful experience by Ela herself who makes you feel comfortable and is very professional. Our entire family trusts her expertise for hair, wax, etc. Highly recommend.

Excellent work includes cut, coloring, hair extensions, styling, etc. Elena is a true artist. No one does a blowout and styling like her! Highly recommended! The boutique also has unique products- give it a shot and you'll find something you like!!

I went there today by 3h pm on April 18th. I like my experience. I am from northern Ontario and I am a man. Cutting my hair With a little massage with it is well worth it. Thank for letting me in without an appointment. It is greatly appreciated. Cordially
