The interior is extremely clean and modern, all of the equipment is brand new and high quality. The interior decorations are very fitting and the space is comfortable. The staff are super friendly and were able to help me with everything I needed :)

I went to Adrian at Launch Physio with some shoulder pain i had developed lifting in the gym. Adrian did an awesome evaluation and diagnosis. What I really found professional was him explaining everything he was doing and its purpose, very reassuring and fun to get to hear about the process in depth and all the muscles that connect from my neck and back into my shoulder. Anyways, Adrian explained from there what the next steps would be, how long i could expect it would take to get better and what exercises and stretches i needed to do. They also use an app called PhysiApp, which gives me reminders and video explanations of the exercises because i know im not alone in forgetting everything they said once i leave the door. I would highly recommend launch physio Richmond! 10/10

Knowledgeable, effective, and thorough. I had Adrian as my Physiotherapist to treat my lower back and shoulder pain. Not only was Adrian thorough with his assessment, his diagnosis and treatment were also very effective. I felt relief and improvement immediately after the session. I appreciate Adrian’s professionalism. Adrian took an effort in explaining to me what the underlying causes of my problems were, and what his treatment plan would be in a precise manner. What set Adrian apart was that Adrian took the time to email me videos and instructions on the exercise program he recommended. This was very helpful.I would HIGHLY recommend Adrian, as he had a great approach to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.P.s. I like how fresh and spacious the clinic is. Launch Rehab Richmond Clinic is freshly built with modern decor, treatment rooms, and a well-equipped gym. The ambience made me feel so calm and relaxed. Well done, Launch Rehab Richmond!

Launch Rehab opened another clinic in Richmond! It’s a great news to me. Not only its convenience location, but also the professional treatment from the staff as I usually get. Very beautiful and new clinic. I came here to receive physiotherapy with Adrian for my arm and wrist pain. He did a wonderful job providing me with treatment and knowledge on how to heal and prevent it from getting re-injured. Overall Adrian was very knowledgeable and I can tell he cares a lot for his clients. Definitely recommend!

I saw Adrian for my neck and shoulder pain that I acquired from work. I was really impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge. He took a thorough history to understand and evaluate my case and clearly explained why I was experiencing pain. He worked with me on my mobility and provided me with an exercise plan. Adrian is an amazing physiotherapist who genuinely cares about his patients. If you're looking for a physiotherapist, I would definitely recommend seeing Adrian!

I visited Launch Rehab for physio and I was very impressed. The decor and environment was modern/clean, and all the staff was very welcoming and friendlyMy physio was Adrian, who was very knowledgeable and was able to help me understand my injury at a deeper level. He was very patient to answer my questions and was able explain the other muscles groups that will assist in recovery.He provided me with a catered excercise plan to improve my injury, and demostrated them to ensure that I can do them on my own properly.While other physios I've been to will treat multiple clients at the same time, I'm happy to see that Launch values your time and will keep you as their priority during the session.Overall its apparent that Launch really cares for their clients, and it really shows that their goal is to see progression in your health. I highly recommend them for treatment, and I'll definitely be back

The space is so clean and spacious! I’ve never felt more at peace in an environment with any other healthcare providers. I saw Adrian for my lower back pain that I developed due to work and I am very impressed by the attention to detail. He asks many questions regarding my issue which shows that he really cares for his patients to get better! I’ve been doing the prescribed exercises and have been feeling much more confident on my wellness journey. Would definitely hands down recommend Launch Rehab!

The new Launch rehab in Richmond is very beautiful. The clinic’s modern minimalist design makes the space feel warm and comforting when you first step inside. My experience with staff has also been excellent as everyone is friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend!

I went to get my lower back treated from lifting. Adrian treated me with professionalism, care, and respect. Not only did he give me a great massage, he also gave me rehab exercises to follow and I feel so much better after being at it consistently. The place was so aesthetic and clean, I look forward to coming again. I highly recommend Launch Rehab!
