Garbage delivery company. Called on Friday to make an apt for delivery. Made at apt for 4pm Monday. Received a call on Monday asking if I was home at 8am. Advised no my apt was for 4pm. Guy said he would call back. Never called never showed. Then Tuesday no call no show again and can't get ahold of anyone through the chat feature online or via phone call

Very very scarring place for work. New owner operator please be careful, operation manager is not good there. No respect of onwer operator in this company. Be careful. Don’t waste your time and money.

This is hands down the worst carrier in the entire country.Day and Ross, should change their name to Late and Lost.Missed pickups, damages to not only freight, but the buildings they deliver to.

Feel like you're slave and working under too much pressure no privacy camrea inside truck hire as a driver and Feel like you doing labour job loading unloading by yourself too much pressure two man job you do yourself

Ordered some stuff from home depot that was shipped from the states using Day and Ross. It said because of the weight of the items it would be dropped curbside. The delivery guy parked on the road and used a pump cart to get my 230lb generator I ordered right up to my front door even with 3 cars in the driveway. Very happy i didn't have to bring this to my front door myself. The tracking on their website was very accurate. This was my first time dealing with this company and I am very pleased.

I would give them negative stars if possible! I do not know why any retailer would use this company to deliver products as they are terrible. I have had issues before with deliveries from Home Depot. But today takes the cake. They call to book today for delivery. They tell me I have to be home to sign for it. Yet they can only give me 9am to 5:00pm as a window - with nothing more specific. So I booked today off work to be home to get it. I call to get an update as I have not heard anything all day. I am told the driver attempted delivery but no one was home! What a lie!! No tire tracks out front - no one came. Not to mention I live in the country and would hear a truck driving up - I always do. Customer service tells me my package is back in Woodstock and that I will need to wait for them to call me to rebook another delivery day! And again, I will need to be home in order to receive it. Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE if you have the choice!

I provide a ebike mobile repair service . Due to the high volume of business I have been receiving my father decided to get into businesss with me and have started selling bikes out East. Sales have been so steady We decided to expand by selling ebikes abroad. So he sent me a bike to review and start marketing our new line of bikes! 1st day we open an account with a carrier service! Day Ross was on time to pick up the bike at my dads place of business which is in the middle no where in NB. by 9am a driver name Mike contacted me and confirmed if I as going to be home in a couple hours. I am floored how fast and professional the services we received! Mike literally replied with no delay when replying to my questions! Looking forward to doing business . PS. driver just message me telling me an exact ETA! Fantastic service!

This warehouse apparently handles deliveries to London. They have had my package for 4 days, deleted the tracking number from their system, then rescanned it after I called multiple times to customer service. I still have not recieved a phone call or email after having my issue escalated to the Warehouse Management Team". My delivery is now estimated 4 days later than when it first arrived in Woodstock.Customer service can only do so much. Apparently customer service can only email the warehouse

I am renovating a property and purchased 4 items from Home Depot - I had to deal with Amber from their dispatch department - when she called me to arrange a delivery, she could not confirm:1. What was being delivered2. How many pieces were being delivered3. The number of deliveries to be delivered to the address (I stressed that this was important because I had to arrange for someone to be there)On the afternoon of the scheduled delivery date, I did get a call from their driver as they were on route to the address, but I called and told them to take the delivery back because it was 5:30pm there was no one at the site to receive the delivery. It turns out that they decided to drop off my goods outside in the unit without telling anyone. I called Amber to confirm the next day and brushed me off. My contractor just happened to find 2 large vanities outside the unit, in the parking lot. If they are damaged in any way I will be returning them.I find this lack of communication and level of service to be completely unnecessary and unacceptable to deal with.
