Fast Jewelry Repair

Yesterday morning I brought my watch in to be cleaned. A couple of hours later the watch stopped working. I came back in today and after working on it they said it was fixed. The watch face had numerous scratches and the watch still didn’t work. I returned ten minutes later and they said I could pay $35 to fix it and that the scratches weren’t their fault. Needless to say, I did not have them service the watch. I am now out a beautiful watch of ten years when all I wanted was a simple cleaning.

A superb small business! I needed a prong in my ring repaired, and it was all handled within 30 mins.--even during the holiday season at the mall! The couple who own the business are friendly, helpful, and super-efficient. He had the laser onsite to repair the tiny prong with precision soldering. The price was extremely reasonable. The timing outstanding. Will be coming back for all my repairs.

Went in for a watch repair/Work, the female owner told me that her husband would be able to perform the work when he gets back in the store shortly. She took my watch and phone number, told me that he would be back in a few minutes, and she’d call me when it was done. She even recommended that I go walk the mall, etc.I go get dinner at Crave and an hour and a half passes. I hadn’t heard from her yet, so I stopped back in the store. She proceeds to tell me that her husband isn’t back yet and he will Be soon... are you kidding me? Did she think I had a sleeping bag stuffed in my pocket and was going to camp out there all night? Give an accurate time estimate to customers and at least call to inform them if your guess of “a few minutes” is actually off by over 1000%.Needless to say, I took my watch and will be going elsewhere. Not recommended at all, take a look at the other reviews, it appears that I’m not alone in my opinion either.

I dropped off a diamond engagement ring that had tiny diamonds missing and it needed to be resized. I dropped it off at 3pm and it was finished at 5pm. I called around to other places and everyone quoted me a week or more. I was shocked at what a beautiful job they had done. It was like a brand new ring. I highly recommend this place.A+++ Rating. Reasonably priced and awesome work!

Stay far away from this business! They are dishonest and make their children lie just to gain a few bucks. My mom and I came in to get one of her stones replaced on her ring. The guy took her ring back to his workplace, comes back and says she also needs to repair the other stone (keep in mind nothing was wrong with it before). I told him that nothing was wrong with it to begin with until he took it back to his work station! He throws the ring at us and storms to the back to call his wife! After going back and forth the wife, she insults my mom and I and refused to take responsibility for what they’ve done! I truly believe he loosened up the stone to get more money out of us! Keep in mind we only went there to fix one stone! Never trust these people with your jewelry. They are unprofessional and do not know how to conduct business. If I could give them zero stars I would.

DON'T GO HERE. I got ripped off. I went in for my Hamilton watch battery replacement and the Chinese lady told me it's $44 because it's a Hamilton. Although expensive, I thought it was a reasonable price because of what she said. I later found out that The Fixery would replace the battery for $9.56. I later complained about this before I paid but the owner only said sorry so I paid $48.15 including tax. This place is a total rip off. I don't know why people are only posting positive reviews on google map. Go check YELP for accurate review of this place.

It hard to give this repair shop even a 1. A 1 is an exaggeration. My 1st visit was for batteries for a watch. Expensive compared to Batteries Plus but the owner stated that batteries Plus are not jeweler (duh) and could cause damage they would not be responsible for. My second stop on 2/2 to Fast Jewelry for a new crystal on one of my watches. $49.27 later I wore this watch on my trip to CA and it kept stopping. When I pulled the stem out to adjust the time it came right out. The owner is rude, arrogant and accepts no responsibility for the repair but will gladly take another $60+ to fix it for me. MY RECOMMENDATION - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I got recommended by a well known jewelry store. When well known jewelry stores recommend another business, that says a lot. I got a brand new watch as a gift. And needed the band to be resized. The pins were really tough to get out. But Fast Jewelry Repair did a great job and a fast job as well. Within a couple minutes. They were really knowledgeable about jewelry and had great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back for custom jewelry and upgrades in the future. Thank you guys for your service and business. Had to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Went back later on after such the great work they did to get a missing stone on my ring replaced. They were able to work well with my budget and even offered rhodium plating and polishing, all three tasks for no labor charge! I can't even tell which stone was replaced!

I was sent to Fast Jewelry Repair by Batteries Plus, who were unable to remove the face of the watch on my tiny novelty sewing machine from Rome. Fast Jewelry has replaced the watch battery easily twice since then. Today I stopped in to resize a class ring to only wear for a few hours to a reunion. They worked with me to enlarge it without adding a new piece (which apparently you need to do with stainless steel), and then there was no charge. Service is friendly, quick, and reasonably priced when I have been charged.
