I have never been there until my mom's kitty passed away (old age, he was 16 years). Staff was so generous and supportive! Squeezed us in and made a very upsetting situation as smooth as it could be. Very grateful

Dr Adel and his team is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our dog Kai.Thanks again for everything!

**Not trying to reconcile the negative ones. Dr. Adel is a straight up coward.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Misdiagnoseddog for years and she passed due to this very preventable cause. Also very disrespectful to my pet passing, not one call condolence call or any recognition. After years of knowing them. Horrible horrible people. Do not see him . And I love now they only respond to positive comments. Not trying to reconcile the negative ones. Dr. Abel is a straight up coward.

Was a wonderful experience, and it is our pets vet from now on. Dr. Adel, was very informative and directed. The vet techs were also informative and helpful. I felt you could see and feel that they cared about you and your pet.

I need to say this in order to move forward without losing my mind … in April of 2022 Dr.Adel in formed me of my 13 year old Pomeranian zena she has CHF and she was in the fifth stage out of six . He said typically dogs with this disease lived for a year . So for a year I and my family and friends who loved zena was preparing for her death . I don’t need to express how difficult this was wondering day after day when my sweet baby would die . So within this year zena would develop a severe cough more then usual and Dr.Adel would prescribe something usually a antibiotic and I would ask what is this caused by her heart or a virus from other dogs abd he could not answer so I thought her heart . Meanwhile she taking three different types of medicine twice a day which cost me some money but of course anything to keep zena healthy and alive . Also during my visits through the three years the doctor has taken care of her had said zena also had a collapsed trachea which also causes coughing issues . Fast forwarding to May 9th 2023 I needed to take zena to the emergency due to a stroke and she couldn’t breathe which btw started with her coughing more often the day before but manageable . So after 3000 spent on zena in an oxygen cage for 24 hours and doses of medicine for bronchitis we found out through rays that what my baby had was chronic bronchitis… no fluid around her heart so no CHF that dyne Dr diagnosed her with btw with no X-ray a year ago . She also didn’t have s collapsed trachea . She did have an enlarged heart but would have lived a normal life otherwise . She had chronic bronchitis and this could have been treated with medicine .. so my poor dog and not to mention what I endured for the last year is unforgivable in my eyes . This is incomprehensible that a simple x ray would have kept my dog from medication that she shouldn’t have been taking and had been taking the proper medication. I’m devestated to say the least and needed to tell the truth .

I worked with this vet for years, he gave a diagnosis of congestive heart failure which was falsely diagnosed which resulted in the death of my dog. Do your research about vets. Do not make the same mistake we did. We should have found a different vet who had a second opinion. I miss my baby everyday, we could have saved her, but this vet did not go to great lengths to diagnose her correctly.

I don’t even know what to say about Fallsview Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Adel was absolutely amazing he Explained everything to us, and we were very happy with the results and visit. The Clinic team gave us peace of mind with the treatment and instructions to follow during the next couple of weeks and everyone at the clinic was so kind. Everyone made us feel comfortable. We are so blessed to be able to have our Frankie looked after by this team. Truly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for being kind and showing compassion. Means the world to us. Amazing veterinarian and techs and staff. I have a difficult pooch that doesn’t like to be poked and prodded and this vet is so good with him. Especially Desiree. Gumbo just loves her, and she helps ease the anxiety of vet visits. Dr. Adel is also a very compassionate man and you can tell he loves his profession. Highly recommend.

There are no words to express the gratitude we have towards Dr. Adel and his staff. We were lucky enough to only visit with his practice on rare occasions but every time his professionalism was outstanding, just to mention couple of instances when other cabinets (no names are necessary) trying to squeeze everylast dollar from you with unnecessary investigations and products this practice kept it simple and honest with minimal invasion and great results. If all the doctors in the world would be at least half as dedicated, honest, genuine as Dr Adel is we all would live in a better world! I wish I could give more stars!
