Everyone at Rev Powersports have always been very honest and helpful with me. I really appreciate the many times they have gone above and beyond to help me out.I bought a 22 Seadoo from them and they were always up front with me regarding covid issues that were happening that particular year and have always answered my many questions any time I have had any.They have a down-to-earth staff and have exceeded my expectations and have gained my trust.Recently I had the pleasure of getting help from Greg, Melissa, Bill and Nick.Thanks for maximizing my time out on the water !

Wish I could give 0 stars. I had the first appointment of the day and it should have been about 3 hours to complete. That was according to them when I booked the appointment. Arrived 3.5 hours later to see how much longer it would take and was told they had not even looked at it yet. Nothing was said when I dropped it off about them being behind. Left with my spyder and will never go backnever go back.

We had poor customer service over a small sensor we asked by phone call first, to have tested.A long drive there - with our sensor - only to be told we had to bring the ATV in for testing.They said they could not test the sensor. Should have saved us the inconvenience of the drive.We sourced the sensor elsewhere and it works fine.No trailering - no fuss - part delivered to our door - no service fee from their shop.Better customer relations would have secured us as return customers

I bought a 2023 Skidoo Neo+ for my wife from R.E.V.S. Greg went over and above to ensure that we had an amazing customer experience. Big shout out to the entire team over there, we couldn't be happier with our purchase and the care we received. Thank you!!

Great place to go!!I had my annual visit to the dealership to pickup my sled...everything was ready as asked...can't ask for better service!!Emma goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is ready...Carson is helpful to load to sled on my trailer and Greg makes sure you leave satisfied!!!!

It started off friendly and courteous, but turned right after they quoted me $4500 to repair my ATV.As soon as I declined some of the work , I was treated like second class customer. They offered no explanation or come into the shop and we can show you the repairs needed .Upon picking up my bike 5 weeks later , thank god my husband notice the front axle was not in the differential ! It was loose, which would have caused major damage within minutes of me riding it.They brought the bike into the shop where they had to Recify the problem.Not even sure if they did this procedure probably.After questioning the mechanic about this he then stated that “ we never replaced that side on your bike”He then went in the tell us “ when you get the bike home you should take it apart and clean out and lube the seal !!When I asked about the $500 service they performed I was told they don’t go into that much detail…..”We left feeling so let down and uneasy about the repairs and the way we were treated….no apology, and even some smerks from staff.I stand behind every comment I just made.

I can't say enough about the team at Full Throttle. They are one of the most efficient and friendly dealers I have ever experienced. The honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service they consistently demonstrate will keep me coming back and recommending them to anyone looking for a genuine place to do business for their power sports needs. Well done Rev's Full Throttle.... you are a breath of fresh air for the consumer in a very competitive business environment.

I have dealt with Revs for at least eight years now. I have bought many accesories, parts and 6 machines from them. I cant say enough good things about them from the owner Butch to Greg in sales/parts and Stephane in the shop. From the very beginning, all my interactions has been nothing but smooth and simple.I always get a quick response whenever I have a question, always so accommodating and never any issues with them.
