Poor service yesterday. Said you would come between a certain time, you would call prior to delivering, you show up outside that time, no phone call, and now you can’t deliver for a week? Horrible service. Will be making a formal complaint.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My Costco appliance showed up damaged. I refused to sign and accept. They left it it my driveway and committed fraud and signed for the item themselves and left. I took video of the entire incident.

i would just like to say thank you to Clint. I do believe that was his name. You finally made my week. I have been trying to find where a shipment was that went ups via purolator. nightmare from then on. Purolator had these boxes for 2 weeks and wouldn't deliver them. i finally tracked them down and called trl and they went and picked up the boxes and are delivering them the same day. great customer service. we will will be using these guys next year. Purolator is not getting these boxes next year. What a nightmare courier to deal with. thank you guys again your awesome.

They say they tried to call me multiple times, and yet no buddy else from Costco has had any problems getting a hold of me. Furthermore when they did finally get the right phone number they left messages with no information about contacting them. They do have a lot of excuses though you will find that in the responses to my comment

Costco order to be delivered. Given a window of 2-5pm on Saturday for a fridge. Got everything moved out of the way for them, including contents of old fridge. Called at 4:45pm to tell me they got caught up and will not be able to make the delivery today, and wouldn't be able to try again until Tuesday but couldn't guarantee a time or even a small window. Didn't offer a solution or restitution whatsoever. Very poor business practices.

Order arrived in Prince George but company could not deliver for a week. After explaining that I wouldn't be home until 4:30 on the only day they could offer, they arrived at 2:30 (tenant mentioned a strange van in the driveway). Obviously I wasn't home, so they left. No phone call that day. No follow up phone call either. I had to reach out to them and when I did, the woman I spoke to never breathed a word of empathy or accountability, she was rude, accusatory, made excuses and then actually tried to make it my fault. I'll be contacting Costco directly to either cancel my order or ensure they use a different company to deliver this item. I don't believe in negatively reviewing a business without good reason and after unsuccessfully reaching out to them to resolve this, I am frustrated and very disappointed.This is the most difficult delivery service I've ever dealt with, with zero care about customer satisfaction. Costco guarantees delivery within 5-10 business days, my washing machine arrived in town 3-4 days after I ordered it but the company couldn't deliver for a week. Despite me telling them what time I'd be home, they delivered while I wasn't home and failed to call me that day or the day after to reschedule. I contacted them 2 days later, and was told by Veronica that she didn't know I wouldn't be home when they tried to deliver and that I'd have to wait another week.Fast forward to delivery today (15 days after my machine arrived in PG) and they tell me the machine is damaged and asked if I'd accept it. I asked them to wait while I called Costco to see if they would discount me for accepting a damaged machine. They were on speaker phone with Veronica who is telling them to leave with the machine

One of your delivery vehicles driving way too fast on small city side streets. Thursday Aug 5th Balsum Rd 2:30pm. Very disappointed. More care and attention required.
