Lady taking orders over the phone has an EXTREMELY difficult time taking orders. On average, for each piece of information (company name, your name, product, email address) you have to repeat yourself 2-5 times FOR EACH BIT OF INFORMATION before she understands or you just give up - knowing she has made a mistake entering in your information. Nice enough lady, but should not be taking orders over the phone.......
