Jugo Juice

Went there on a Sunday and the two kids working there were so rude , not friendly . Gave me attitude for asking a simple question . I work in the mall too and usually the staff aren’t this rude anywhere but the cashier and the girl makingThe drink were so unwelcoming and rude and were talking about other people in an ill manner

I was given a birthday coupon for a free drink on my birthday and I also had a free smoothie voucher for signing up to their news letter but was told I couldn't recieve either if I hadn't bought anything. Which is very confusing as my friend redeemed theirs a week prior no problem and it didn't mention anywhere purchases were necessary. Very unhappy as I was a new customer aswell.

I needed a drink to sooth my throat. Dylan came through with great suggestions! He is a great part of the team and very helpful!!!

The guy serving me had no sense of urgency it was hilarious. Watched him stand there letting the water run when rinsing a piece of the blender while he daydreamed for a solid minute. Walked around slow af, took 9 minutes to get my drink. No other customers around

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I usually go there for my juices but this time I wanted to purchase a water. It looks like they’ve had a change in staff.. I had picked up the water and went to the counter and said hello when the young guy chapped his gum in my face and disrespectfully told me the price of water without even acknowledging me. I tapped my card and he rolled his eyes and took back the machine without saying anything after as if I had disturbed him. As I walked away I heard him mumbling words under his breath towards me. My family was there with me to witness. Im very confused. Angry and disgusted. I won’t be back. You guys should reevaluate your staff.

I miss the old owners. There’s just a few kids and manager/probably owner now. None of the staff have any customer service training. I’ve been here a few times and the workers never acknowledge me or the people I’ve gone with. We have noticed different treatment for others. Especially between white female customers and the male staff, they’ll have faster service and actually communicate to the customers. There is a young girl who works here and is by far the rudest, she will not speak to you even when you address her and she’ll just put your drinks down on the counter and turn away not saying one word at all. There tends to be a lot of friends hanging off the booth… normally not an issue but if your customers have to wait for your friend conversation to be done before they can be helped that’s a problem. Service is slow at best.

Disgusting place, disgusting treatment from workers. I ordered a drink for my daughter, so the girl tried to cheat and gave me a small one at first when I ordered a large one. When I said that I ordered a large one, she simply took this small one, diluted it with water and poured it into a large glass and gave it to us. When I asked to remake or return the money, she was rude and then, having remade the drink, threw it and the straw to us.

Dylan is a great person within the job he does as well as an individual. He is always helpful, kind, and positive. Love coming to jugo juice because of him.

Tasty and I have no issue redeeming my birthday drink. The only minus side was that there’s no one at the booth two times I walked past and waited. I came back the third time almost thinking they close early. Then the staff came out from other shopping store. She was nice and recommended the mighty keel for me. I would definitely come back and try other drinks on the menu.
