Eaton's Furnace Heating & Air Conditioning HVAC

Nick, Jimmy and Mike installed a furnace and a tankless water heater for us. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are very patient to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Our furnace is at crawl space, which created difficulty to install the furnace. The technicians worked really hard to get the work done professionally. Thank you, Eaton's team, for all your hard work!Also, thank Frank for his service. He is very patient and kind.They charged a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I am so grateful to Nick and Jimmy for working in the cold outside all day to install a new heater for us after ours went down. They went above and beyond for us, going as far as sweeping up some mess from the garage after they left. Thank you for such quality service!

Highly recommended. The team was very helpful and answered my questions that I had with helpful and informative questions. They were very clear regarding costs and was pretty reasonable. I had duct cleaning done in the morning and it was followed up an hour later with the replacement of a 40 year old furnace. The work was well done and they didn't leave without cleaning up any loose dust or scrap.The 5 star rating is definitely well deserved and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Mike was very helpful. He couldn't do the job we needed as it was something else we required than related to their company but I thought id give them a shot. He did however give me some references as to who to call what to do and where to go. Most of all I explained to him how we bought a new house and it came with this system in it and I have no idea what it's for and he didn't have to but out of kindness and professionalism he took the time to explain everything to me and even help with the settings. To be completely honest I do not think anyone else would have just helped me like that for free so thank you Mike you are a very genuine and honest man. The world needs more honest people like you in the home repair/install business! These are the pics he helped me sync them and explained it all to me since I couldn't find any info on Google.

The team is very professional. My initial contact was via email (BBB). Her reply was friendly & informative.Mike & TJ diagnosed & quoted a replacement boiler in a timely manner. They even made a special drop off (day after) of electric heaters to help us out until the new boiler could be installed.Nick & Jimmy did the installation. They were on time, installed the boiler and maintained a high level of cleanliness.Totally recommend!

Mike and TJ quickly diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace, and did a very clean job. Kept me informed the whole way through. Would definitely recommend them.

Mike, Nick, Jimmy, Shaun and Cam did a great job installing a new A/C unit, hot water tank, servicing the furnace and fireplace, and cleaning the ducts in our house. They installed our furnace as well a couple years back, no problems. All the techs are very polite and informative to all my questions, left things clean, good work quality installs, they are pros! Overall good experience.Very responsive service by Frank.Pricing is competitive, cheaper than Costco cash back bundle after all. After initial furnace install, the new thermostat did not work. Frank was quick to schedule an electrician to come and pull an addition wire to make it work. Highly recommend Eaton if you live in the tri-city area.
