This is not a quick fix, but I can guarantee that if you persevere with Sandra's programs, you will move better and feel better.Sandra has been my physiotherapist for over 20 years and has helped me through several catastrophic injuries which could have left me in a wheel chair. I am an active 60 year old, thanks to her help and dedication to her patients. Like so many people, my past injuries have come back to haunt me as I age. I am now working on learning how to use and move my feet correctly so that my knees and hips will carry me through to my 100th birthday!

Sandra was easy to understand and has all the knowledge and experience needed to get my shoulder to a place where I can throw a ball again without pain. Two thumbs up.

Sandra changed my life. I had chronic neck pain for over a decade. I thought I would just have to live with it. Her approach is much different than anything I experienced through years of high level athletics and subsequent injuries and treatment. Sandra uses a more systemic approach to solve the problem permanently rather than just treat the area in pain. Sport & Spine Physiotherapy has been a game changer for me. I love it because I get treatment by 1 therapist every time instead of several different therapists who don’t understand my concerns/limitations/goals.I like Sandra’s different approach to therapy. The function of the breath and the benefits of proper breathing techniques has been an eye opener.I like the personalized treatment plan based on my individual goals and mobility. Not a generic plan.

Sandra is an amazing physiotherapist. Ive been going for about 6 years and it has helped me so much from injuries I've gotten from hockey and Sandra is very smart about knowing what muscles are injured and how to fix them and get you to 100%. Would 100% recommend for anyone going through injuries or discomfort especially from sport related injuries. The place to go if you're from southern Alberta. Also very friendly.

Sandra really knows what she is doing. I have been suffering from back pain and sciatica problem for about 8 years. After 5 months of physio (in office and online) I can say my pain is gone. I still have some days where I wake up kinda stiff, but with the exercises she gave me to do, its an easy fix. I can enjoy my family 100% now. Thank you Sandra.
