Place is falling apart. I've been staying here for a few years as business trips warranted it, but will look elsewhere next time. TV and TV stand must have been trashed so they have a computer monitor balanced on a night-stand and cable box. Room was filthy, broken heater. Talking to locals, seems the place has a rep" for the party place in town."

Stay in burns lake location regularly for work .It's not the Ritz, and it doesn't claim to be .It's clean , the staff are friendly and courteous, I've never had an issue .It's not brand new with vallet parking , but everything works. And it's clean.

Clean bathtub was massive and everything you could ask for plus more. I was not able to get off work until after the regulated checkout time. My friend who is in from out of town was allowed to stay until the cleaning staff arrived which was right on time when I pulled up. Thank you very much for that kindness

Decent place to stay for a night or two. Pretty basic. My room was spacious and everything worked. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. No breakfast lately and Wi-Fi isn’t the best so make sure you have enough data on your phone.

Beds and bedding need to be upgraded, old bedding, old beds, slow wifi and the plug didn't work properly by the bed so could only plug one thing in at a time..a little sketchy. People are very nice, but they need to do a little tlc on their rooms.

Didn't even stay here but the nice fellow at reception tried his best to help find us a room at other locations when we passed thru town. That's service!

Overpriced for the quality. Filthy comforter on one of the beds, dilapidated phone that didn’t even work to call the front desk, backed up bathroom sink, no tub stopper to bath the little one.Wouldn’t recommend as I expected a bit better quality for $119/night.

Booked a room for 4 days two double. The beds are hard and bed rail sticks out, so to can stub your toes. Looks to be for queen bed. Dirty sockes under the bed. No continental and signs advertise it. Small rooms, small bathrooms. No cleaner to clean or even ask if we need garbage takin out or toilet paper or anything poor poor customer service not good do better sun shine inn

The room was dated. The bed had a twin sheet on a double bed so just kept coming off while sleeping. Room was hot. They have like 3 channels. The fridge made more noise than anything. There was literally food on the floor. The duvet was stained and looked about 20 years old. No screens on the windows. I could go on but I’m not sure who would pay to stay here it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in I would compare it with a lesser hostel in Thailand!

The rooms at this place needs to be renovated, some of the amenities looks to be order, so far everything is good, people at the front desk are friendly…
