Verbal abuse was common, management did nothing helpful. Main supervisor has a speech impediment and will get mad at you for not understanding him. Loud angry arguing over petty work related things happened on a daily biases some times.Employees here know every joke about human orifices but have no idea where concrete came from or how it was invented. Stereotypical construction workers.Cleanliness is unheard of, foreman will grind concrete without turning on ventilation or any form of gas exchange. It gets so dusty my lungs felt like they where full of sand, gas masks are provided but they are cheap and ineffective.Worse place I've ever worked, comparable to hell. Do not apply here unless your life depends on it and even then well-fare might be better.
