One of the better Tim's I think. Friendly staff and very helpful. Steeped tea and coffee are always fresh and hot.

This food establishment promotes unfair working conditions and consistently breaks the law by forcing their underage workers to work nightshifts, paying them inaccurately whether it be more or less than they worked or not at all, and not listening to their employees when they say when they can and cant work and still putting out schedules not listening to them, they throw out thousands of dollars of food because they cannot order the right amounts so a lot of it goes in the garbage, this place has extremely unfair working conditions and i hope they reassess the situation soon.

Ordered through the app due to it being quick as I was driving to St. John's. Got there and restaurant was closed with sign on door stating staff shortages and training. Had to go through the drive through, and that took 24 mins. I understand the staff shortage situation, so why allow ordering from the app in the first place? There were definitely some unhappy people there yesterday. Maybe it's a corporate or even management problem, but could have been better.

Yo Tim Hortons if you are going to be forcing employees to wear a uniform at least make it culturally appropriate.I asked this guy, Harman who works at the Deer Lake tims, if he would wear a turban that has a Tim Hortons logo. He said he probably would as it would be better than having to tie the cap to his turban.‘I’ve brought it up many times, saying I can’t wear the cap because of my religion and they said it didn’t matter cause I have to wear as it’s part of my uniform’ SHAME ON YOU GUYS

I love this timmies location. Me and my husband go here at least once a day. Food is always made good, staff are friendly and beverages are made spot on! Some of the most pleasant people work here!

I am writing this because I’ve had two of the worst experiences here. The first time, I ordered a breakfast farmers wrap - 20 minutes after placing the mobile order I make it there and my order still isn’t ready. I waited another 10-15 minutes before inquiring as they were obviously busy. 45 minutes total for a breakfast wrap.The second time, I placed a mobile order for a coffee before leaving my cabin (approx 20 minutes) and when I arrived the front door was locked and I was told by a worker to go stand by the drive through window. So after waiting in the drizzle for 7-8 minutes I got my coffee.This is 100 percent the WORST Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. Hope they can solve their staffing issues? Soon.

The slowest Tim Hortons I have been too. It took over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a bagel. The cold brew was nothing but cream ( made incorrectly). Only 1 person working the front til. I also seen a worker come from the back of the store to the store front with their personal coffee in their hand while taking inventory of what needed to be stocked. I have also been through the drive thru at another occasion and it took over 40 minutes. I will not be back to this location on my travels. This is suppose to be a roasted hazelnut cold brew!! I didn't not stir this!! It came like it.

This place has the slowest service I have ever seen. Last time in the server gave me my iced capp walked away..another asked if I needed anything else..I said the rest of my order..she asked the sane guy for the rest of it..he then got it and threw it at me and said happy now"This was a few days ago..just went to the same one to get something and its closed at 630pm."
