Been going here to purchase food which I enjoy (regular customer). Needs improvement with the customer service...I was in the area twice and chose to use the restroom only to be argued with by the lady to the front with the accent (Middle Eastern look/short) stating it was out of order which it wasn't knowing I wanted to go urgently. This is unacceptable especially for a regular customer! Good business ethics is NOT just about receiving people's money but GOOD customer service.

Ordered a bowl, go here pretty often. They tend to make mistakes and just pull things out. Servings are skimpy. What really got me mad though is my partner goes there and specifically asks if the cabbage is a mix with carrots or is it just carrots. They say just cabbage, so we select it in a custom bowl. I can’t have carrots because I’m allergic and he gets home to them having put carrots in my mix, one giant chunk of cabbage, which is gross, and they missed another one of my toppings… now I can’t eat it and I’d have to go back in person to get it fixed. What a waste of my time. Not even going back. Terrible attention to detail on a place that literally has it written out in front of them. Also wouldn’t pick up their phone and didn’t ask for half sauce but definitely didn’t put nearly as much as prior times. Not impressed. Would not recommend

Had the Buddha satay today really delicious and healthy. Awesome staff and healthy food. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! I just love the custom build your own bowl!! I enjoy coming to this location, its always clean and the food is fresh!!

I haven't been to Freshii for a while, but I will be back! Cobb Salad and Roasted Pepper/Tomato Soup! Fantastic! The staff here are great! Very helpful and polite. The sitting area is not fancy by any stretch, but most people take food to go. It was clean! Will be back. A little steep on the price ( maybe I am just old..), but $50 for two salads, two soups and a drink! But once again, that may be just me. It was very good, so no real complaints here..

This place has such a diverse selection and so healthy! The salads are so balanced with flavours, im a picky eater but I wouldn’t change a thing about them! The owner was so sweet and gave us testers of his flavours without us asking for them, smoothie was light and flavourful too! Will be coming back!

Buddha’s bowl with Falafel including tax $14.67. Good size a little expensive, not enough spicy peanut sauce. It looked like they put a couple of teaspoons of sauce. I was digging through the whole bowl looking sauce. It was just dry. I had to add my own peanut sauce. So over priced something I had to change at home to make it taste better. Friendly people, I may try it again but hesitant.

My sister in law brought me in to this location this past weekend.The store itself was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I found the menu had many options for me ( vegetarian/sugar free). There was a man helping us that day and he was so fantastic! I wished I grabbed his name. Fantastic customer service and took the time to show us the menu and all its options. We even got a couple samples to help narrow down the choices! Will most definitely be going back!
